Caroline GI choose Mobile Pick up Since the place was not going to be open by my time of pick up, The truck assigned to me was not free to drive of the lot it was trapped between trucks, I had to wait for the place to open so they can move the trucks around to free the one that was assigned to me. I reserve a dolly that was not in the truck making my delivery experience harder.

NURY AThe Uhaul I received was covered in mud and filled with trash. Given that I could be subject to a "cleaning fee" if I don't return a truck in clean condition, I think I should be paid for being provided a dirty truck. Also, I reserved a dolly and none was provided. Overall, it was a very negative experience and will make me rethink renting Uhauls in the future. Budget or Penske.

ISAIAH GOnline check in was absolutely ridiculous. I sat there for an hour trying to get the uhaul through the online portal and waiting for customer service to answer me.
gabriel BI called the night before to rent a truck, I spoke with Dot. I explained that I needed to move a bed the next morning and I didn't want to put my cc info in online because it's been hacked 3 times for over $1000..she understood. She found my request online, took care of me, I came in the next morning, got the truck with no problems. I have rented from several different locations and I must say this location was by far the friendliest one I have been to. If I need another truck I will be going back to this location.

HELIBERTO FHave cab of the truck clean. Our rental was covered in dog urine and dog smell in the cab. We had to clean the windows just to be able to drive it. The back of the truck had a leak somewhere and all of our belongings were wet from the rain.

heidy aU- Haul’s new process of contactless inspecting the vehicle using the website is time consuming and frustrating. It seems that U-Haul wants customers to do the work that one of their employees once did. This is ridiculous because it takes 20 to 30 extra minutes, and I am not a U- Haul employee.

Carmen GI ordered a dolly - it wasn’t there. The website and app were malfunctioning so it took forever to finally check in. Same thing happened with dropping off. Truck had service lights on when picked up.
