Give a receipt of service to the renter before they leave the office. Before it is charged to their account that it is correct. I was charged for gas that I did put in the truck to the exact amount where it was when I took to the truck. Once it is charged it is nearly impossible to dispute.
Susan TWhy do you allow places like this to front for UHaul? Terrible part of town and it was not clean, well-kept, or inviting. There was no one around to guide me even though it said the place was open.
