Christi N | Overall ExperienceThis is the second time typing this experience; it disappeared the first time. The person who hooked up my trailer left about 1/2 " clearance for the chains to hang about the ground. I stated my concern. He insisted that the ball could not be reversed to make the slope in the upward position. He stated that the ball is made to slope down. It still bothered me the next day so I called him if he would change it for me. He said no. He said I could find a mechanic to do it for me but it will cost me and Uhaul would not guarantee my load. I found one mechanic that had time to look at it. He agreed the chains were to low and the ball could be turned so that the chains would be higher. We made it to somewhere around Memphis and fellow travelers were beeping & waving at us. We pulled off the interstate that very moment. One of the chains had broke through and was dragging & sparking. The other chain was worn also. We found a Uhaul open within a couple of exits. We drove there with our flashers on. Agusta viewed the situation & HE SUGGESTED that the ball be reversed so that it would lift the chains higher. He fixed it for us. NO CHARGE. I forced a $20 tip on him and a big hug. He saved our lives. And we were able to complete our trip with no further mechanical problems.
Mary WI used this storage facility for 2 1/2 years and had no issues with the facility or the staff. I echoed being a customer and always had access to my unit whenever I needed. Office personnel were very polite and friendly. Price was very reasonable. I would still be there if I had not moved into a house with a large garage.

Richard VHad to change pickup locations due to travel restraints. Staff was not very knowledgeable on U-Haul returns. Was required to wear a face mask instead of a gator. Also U-Haul was returned to day early which would have given me a small refund for early return which was not received due to their lack of knowledge of U-Haul returns. Would not recommend this business for U-Haul or insurance considering they are a Farmers insurance broker as well. Not very good business ethics and would not recommend.
DION MI'll never recommend or use your company again. No ramp. No light inside back of truck. Due to this I fell out of the back of the truck and was hurt. My sister in law feel out of the passenger side due to the side step sloped down and she slipped off. She is now bed rides because she hurt her back and hip.

Chayza S | ReservationThe lady who checkout the truck to me said that they had received them from the Atoka Oklahoma Uhaul places that closed. The truck was NOT swept out and the inside of the cab was dirty! Then for you to charge me for not cleaning it out is purely WRONG!!! I feel uhaul should NOT charge me for not cleaning it out!!! If you don't refund me the $15 for not cleaning it out I will use a different company next time!
bryan cthey gave me a trailer with the rear tire on the driver side that was smaller than the others and blew out by hugo ok. and I stopped at a place that rented uhauls and they called someone to replace it and now I had to pay $152.91for that and no one can tell me hoe to get my money reimbursed. I have the receipt and pics of the blow out

Holly B | Overall ExperienceThe gentleman at Coalgate Oklahoma bent over backwards to rectify the poor service I received from Clark's in Ardmore. I was treated with respect and professionalism. I would drive to deal with the Coalgate people anytime. As for Clark's in Ardmore I would not go across the street.

Holly B | ReservationThere was an issue with the internet at this location and i had to end up using my personal wifi hot spot to give the location internet. Wouldnt have been able to get the trailer if i hadnt had or dobe this. I was using this for buisness purposes so if something would have happened if could have cost my company thousands.
ERIC HDean came and met us on Saturday morning because we couldn`t get here the day our reservation was intended for. Hr was very nice and helpful.

Privacy R | First ImpressionsI was told it was at one place an had to drive 18 miles one way to get it an the person on phone told me 50$ an had to have a credit card got there an the guy ask if I wanted to pay cash or credit card an after he get the credit card number an ran it he told me 75$ an the dam dolly have a lite out an I got stopped in OK an in Texas I didn't have number to call then that charged me for three days I found out when I get there email I wish someone at Uhaul could call me 817 841 0339 Jerry bone
jerry bWasn't given utility dolly I asked for. Tried talking with 800 u haul and was treated by a snotty obnoxious rep who wouldn't give me anything but sarcasm so I tried to unload a side by side refrigerator with a box dolly and 2 men and I was hurt in the process. I have used U-Haul many times and I will use someone else in the future. Extra fuel and damage to refrigerator is my loss for this experience.

Donna JDropped vehicle off night before due back and agent called and was very rude about the vehicle having dirt on floor of vehicle. ..we moved during snow storm and we live in Oklahoma, mud and dirt everywhere!!! Not a good experience!

CHAD JGas tank fill cap was off when I filled tank. Obviously someone had attempted to siphon gas as truck was parked outside of secured area.
RODNEY DThe lady that worked inside the office was nice but the guy that unhooked the trailer was rude and talked bad about who hooked up the trailer,which happened to be my husband.This is my first bad experience with u-haul and I will use u-haul again if the need arises.

MARVIN HI feel the rate was over priced for the location i was taking from & going to. I had to beg the site to let me pick up the u haul due to if they don't have the rental in by 1700 on friday they are not opened on saturday. i'll be looking for other options to rent from next time i need a rental.
