Great customer service locally. Facility opened on time and the operator was extremely helpful. Nationally ( internet) I got conflicting emails leaving me uncertain whether the reservation had actually been made. I did call u-haul and got a confirmation # two days prior to picking up the truck, for a while was uncertain.

BRIAN JLate drop. No place to pull in with a class A motor home to drop-off a tow dolly and turnaround to exit. Very inconvenient. Almost had to rollover landscape to get out. Much farther away from where I wantrd to drop off but corporate wouldn't let me go 1/4 mile away. Sent me 8 miles away. Corporate has no perception of customer service. Very angry customer here.

sara hI was hit with an additional mileage charge for 51 extra miles. I do not understand this since all I did was pick-up the truck, take it directly to my house, load it, drive it to the rental place to return the dolly that I had originally reserved that was not there, drive to my new house, unload and return to the location you provided me. This seems to be a bait and switch since I input the location I was picking up, driving to and returning, then get hit with an additional charge for more miles. Not a happy customer, I will go to Penske the next time I have to rent. This is my second bad experience with U haul. There will not be a third unless I hear from customer service and this is made right.

MARY BThe first thing my hubby said when he left the office after dropping off the truck was, nice family run business. And this location was literally 4 minutes away, just up the road.
MICHAEL WBrand new storage facility that was not open when I dropped off the vehicle. Very limited space to drop off u-haul equipment (2-parking spaces available for trucks and equipment) with signs threatening to charge $50.00 if you block driveways but there is NO dedicated parking for U-haul equipment! No way to turn in dolly’s or other equipment at this “drop off” location-thankfully I had no other equipment to return. I have used U-Haul for over 20 years and just like many other companies, U-Haul has taken the “customer” out of “Customer Service” and replaced it with Self-Service with little to no support!
