Well, I wouldn't say the cab of the truck was clean. But it wasn't bad.

Cassandra BThey charged me for 2 days, when I rented it out for 1 day. I returned it after they closed and placed the key in the box. I spoke to the manager and he was aware that I would return it when I returned from my trip. Yet, I was still charged for 2 days, even though the van was available for rent the next day. Will never rent from this place ever again, they lie to your face and then rob you and blame it on the computer glitch!!!

Andrew DHave spare keys at the rental desks. Under 15 minutes after receiving vehicle (van) I shut the door with the key on the seat & the damn thing locked me out! 200$ later … what horseshit.

dan rEveryone was great at this location and the truck was clean and well maintained. I arrived early and they were very kind to take care of me.
PATRICIA MOdor in cargo area of van is unbearable. In this instance, I did not not discover this until reaching the loading site. Fortunately, I was only moving workshop equipment, so I dealt with it. If I had been moving household furnishings, I would have had to reject this vehicle. The local store reports that they have made several efforts to take care of this problem for this particular vehicle, but the issue persists. The rental location itself is excellent. The issue is just with this particular truck.
John NNot listed on line was it stated that they did not take trailer returns there for there was quite an attitude when you tried to return it. After explaining our situation he did explain to us what was done wrong and then we called u haul and he was able to take the trailer.
RANDY CThe van was dirty inside!! The entire process was HORRIBLE! Your chexk in check out process is in the dark ages!!!!!!!!!!! You claim to charge 19.95 then insurance, 1.00 a mile.....i moved 2 miles down the road 3 trips. MY BILL WAS IN TOTAL OVER 60.00 WHAT????? JUST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH!! The only saving grace was the wonderful man inside my local hardware store at Ace. UPDATE YOU AP TO ThE 21st century!!!!!!!! Not customer friendly and your rep when I called was rude. UGHHhHhHhHh

PAM WSweep out the trucks. Take out dollies when they've not been rented to avoid the shifting around; provide strapping to secure dollies in empty trucks.

Jennifer SThe truck I rented should not be on road. Despite mechanic looking at it. 3 times I was unable to stop truck and ran a red light and stop sign. Worst is damage I did at property I was moving from. Disappointed to be charged for rental. It was a bad day and lots of money was spent on helpers that could not help while truck was being looked at.

BILL HWhen something goes wrong, offer a meaningful accommodation. When you say your going to follow up, follow up. At least, pretend like you care, even if you're reading from the company script.
Daniel WIt is hard to distinguish what caused more problems for us in the recent rental, your nationwide outage or the location's inability to handle a disruption in service. We went to another location (Marginal Way, Portland ME) that was processing contracts while the location we rented from (Yarmouth ME) was unable to do at the same time. The delay and related hassle caused tremendous problems for our move and prevented us from having adequate time to complete the move in the original timeframe.
Elizabeth EDon't use the U-Haul app. It doesn't work for mobile pick up.

Charles RThe online truck return process is awful, especially all of the pictures it requires you to take. It took way longer than we thought it would just to drop the truck off.
JOHN MUsed the fill guide and still overfilled it by almost a quarter of a tank. This cost me way more in gas than it should have.

Stephen JThe truck wasn't quite full when I picked it up and I had to fill it upon return so it ended up costing me more for gas then I should have paid. So next time I will definitely make sure to point out to uhaul if the tank is not full upon pickup
