The app did not work for me though
Diane GThe steering rack should be adjusted there is a little too much play, the passenger side door seal needs to be adhered to the metal frame and most importantly inform the next driver to completely depress the brake to engage the shifter. Truck runs well and was nice and clean.

ERIN YUHaul app did not work!!!! Tried many times!! Your customer service 24/7 number could do nothing. A complete nightmare. Held up our whole move. Planned to pick up truck hours earlier than location was open but since app didn’t work we were stuck for two hours waiting for the location to open. We’ve heard that this happens all the time. Will never be able to use app again - it was spinning and trying to load my information for 2 hours. Planning to ask for a refund. Terrible experience because of your bad app.
