Confusing because I was only required to drop off keys which was simple for me but the attendant did not check to see if I refilled the gas or the condition of the truck, nor did he close out the account so I received a call from Uhaul asking if I returned the truck which was due the day before. The location is a gas station so I put that it was not clean and inviting, but I am grateful for the location of Moss Beach! I put that the personnel was not helpful because he did not close out my contract. I would recommend the location because it is extremely convenient for the coastside.

Brian WWhile the inside of the cab looked relatively clean, we used sanitizing wipes on the steering wheel and those were black. There was also an empty bottle underneath the seat. The right side mirror was broken (which we reported), the air-conditioning did not seem to work, and the wipers were worn and barely working. The back of the truck was clean.
Lee SRight across the street from me and so very easy to get to. I've been using U-Hual since I was a teen and the service continues to provide value and convenience - except when gas is over $6.00 a gallon, which it was yesterday! Coastside Market helped me with the pickup and everything went according to plan. Thanks U-Haul...
