I rent a lot of vehicles. I am a President's Circle member at Hertz. Your process was ridiculous and unnecessarily cumbersome and your app is glitchy and barely functional. I will avoid working with you again at all costs unless the process improves. This is compared to very positive experiences in the past at the same location.

Karen HConfusing because I was only required to drop off keys which was simple for me but the attendant did not check to see if I refilled the gas or the condition of the truck, nor did he close out the account so I received a call from Uhaul asking if I returned the truck which was due the day before. The location is a gas station so I put that it was not clean and inviting, but I am grateful for the location of Moss Beach! I put that the personnel was not helpful because he did not close out my contract. I would recommend the location because it is extremely convenient for the coastside.
