More open parking area - trucks were too close to take proper photos and it was hard getting the rental out and back in. Too small. Inspect the truck after each return. The rental I received had a sticky substance on the floor that ruined some of my things and I was charged a cleaning fee for someone else mess. Get a tune up. It sounds terrible.

The level of customer service was disappointing. I have never been treated so invisible before. I’m paying for a service I typically expect the respect of a normal human being. I felt like I was doing something wrong when I walked in the door, as if I hollered at the agent or wronged him in some way.
EMMANUEL SEveryone was kind and helpful and truck and supplies were clean and well maintained. I call to schedule a different drop off location and the woman on the phone was so very nice and helpful. You don’t have that kindness often anymore. Overall excellent

LAMONT BU-Haul switch my reservation to this location without telling me. I found out when I checked on online. Then this location told I would have to wait until 11 for my truck. I then had to go to various U-Haul departments to get out of there a full out later. The person at this location had not idea what they were doing and out of the U-Haul folks I talked to only one was helpful. One gave me completely wrong information about how to resolve and th last person was rude and not helpful at all. I found out also they switched to this location. Even thought same truck was available closer to my original locations. Also dolly was not in truck. This completely killed out timing for the move. To me a completely failure for uhual. I asked twice for. Manager to call me bit of course not call. Based on this I doubt I will ever use again including storage.
David MThis was a poor experience. The store employee and manager ( who was not on-site) did not speak english. This was supposed to be an over the counter pick up, but it turned into me having to use the app to rent the truck. The truck key was not in the lock box, after looking for the key, the emploiyee came out and told me to come back inside the store where he had the truck key the entire time. The furnture blankets that I had ordered were not there and there was no option to get blankets unless I went to another uhaul location that was at least 45 minutes to an hour away from this location. The passenger side of the truck was not locked. I spent over an hour at this site, mostly on the app and on the phone with a uhaul representative trying to work out a solution to getting the truck and finally on the road. Very disappointed with the follow up with uhaul customer service following the rental on reimbursing me for all of the trouble in getting the truck that morning.
Henry PIt took a little while to find the office since it is inside a food market. Other than that, a good experience. Person at the counter very friendly and helpful.
ANTONIO QThe U-Haul App wouldn't give me the "pick up" menu. Thankfully the shop owners were able to get customer service and got me on my way. I am very thankful for the owners of Community Market. I did not like the app at all!

ANTHONY HThis location was very slow. I didn’t get my uhaul until 30 min past pickup. No one knew what they were doing and they were rude as well in how they handled everything. Also, my appliance folly was forgotten and they just handed us a regular one and then tried to charge us for it. I will never go back and do not recommend
Tiffany MThe location is inside a neighborhood mini mart. While trying to accommodate me the guy also made a key, sold lotto tix and made a hoagie. I had a UHaul place 1/4 mi from my house but you idiots refused to send a 10’ box truck there for me. So along with the inconvenience of waiting 45 mins to do paperwork, it also cost me another $15 in mileage. You need to accommodate your customers better !!!

Tracy HThis was one of the easiest rental experiences I have ever had, even when I forgot about taking pictures for the return process. I only called the customer service number and Stephanie Smith answered the phone. You could hear the smile through the phone. Not only was she accommodating, she was pleasant to speak with. She told me exactly what to do and whose name to use if I encountered any problems. Which I did not! The pick-up procedure and the return procedure were both very easy. I would rent from this location again! Thanks, Stephanie Smith for all your help!!!
