Right rear tire was low. I had to fill it with air myself and when I returned it, it had more gas in it than when I picked it up and I still got charged for 2 gallons of gas plus the people in the market that rented the vehicle to me had no clue what they were doing. Definitely would not use that location.

Although the storefront is on the main street, the yard is at the back. It id not 100% clear where to find the truck.
FRANCIS VWas not able to access vehicle until 20 mins after scheduled time with no attempt at consideration (12:30 appointment arrived at 12:20 for pick-up not able to get to vehicle until 12:47 blocked in lot by staff personal vehicles until 12:51 still expected to adhere to 1hr original reservation and charged every minute past 1:30), still charged extra for "late return" unreasonable, unrealistic and unfair. Vehicle returned clean and under estimated mileage.
