Everything went great except for the app check in procedure. I prefer to talk to a human, it give me peace of mind knowing there is someone to call if something goes wrong. If I am forced to app check in again I will never rent from U-Haul again.
Andrew HArea around the facility was cluttered with equipment and debris. The paperwork for the return did not get processed until (I believe it was) 4 days after dropping off, resulting in a significant overcharge. This required extra and unnecessary steps to identify and resolve the discrepancy. On the plus side, kudos to the Customer Service rep at U-Haul (Daniel Salm, I believe). He quickly resolved the problem.
STEPHEN FFriendly, fast service. Made me feel at home, and my truck was clean and well maintained. 10/10 overall very satisfied!
Mark SWhile its a very convenient location there really isnt any place to park a big truck and trailer, or at least i didnt see a designated place for it.

Rob HThis location doesn't have a person on site most of the time. It took over an hour to try and get my truck, not know the uhaul system was having issues. I ordered an appliance dolly, was told over the phone it would be there. When I finally got my keys to the truck no dolly. The guy that owns the coffee shop showed up and said he's to small to have them there. Tjos is something that uhaul should have known. When I called in the first time to get help , the CS rep was extremely rude, had me on hold without saying I was in hold, however she didn't actually have me muted so I could hear her chewing loudly sining and screaming in my ear to shit up, at what sounded like a bird in the back ground , I assume. I said hello multiple times and she never answered. I even asked if she told me to shut up. She never re connected with me. Just continued to sing and yell while on the phone. I finally hung up to call back to get help getting in my truck. I will not recommend uhaul to anyone after being treated this way, and the huge inconvenience it was to get into the truck. I was on a critical timeliness to get my stuff out and this caused me so many problems. Extremely unsatisfied and uh happy.

Kristyn WIt was way to expensive for a one day rental returned the same day i was expecting to pay $49.00 for a car trailer and it was over $180.00. i am a reoccurring customer and i am vary dissatisfied with this rental.I picked up at a low traffic location. I was told that the trailer was at that location for several days and Ifeel like Iwas the one that payed for the lost time on that trailer then I dropped of at a high traffic location so it had a higher probability to be rented out soon the high charge doesn't make sense to me
