Scheduled a counter pickup. No one there, no one answers their phone, no where to pick up keys. Was lucky the uhaul customer support answers and they happened to have 1 vehicle ready with 24/7 pickup. Not the vehicle I ordered but a vehicle at least. Egress was horrible, like no room to drive in and out especially with a trailer in the middle of the path.
