How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe Coffee Trader location was great, but my overall experience was terrible. I couldn't find the truck size I needed with the appliance dolly I wanted, so I chose Downtown Beverage because they had an appliance dolly. I had to got two sizes up on the truck because that's all they had. I made my appointment for 9 AM. They were 10 minutes late in opening and then didn't have the appliance dolly that I chose that location for. Uhaul found me a smaller truck (still bigger than what I needed) at Coffee Trader and an appliance dolly at a location 15 miles out of my way. Coffee Trader did a great job making it all work for me.
Ed MI wasn’t able to get the key to the uhaul because no one was there to hand it to me from behind their locked business. Then uhaul charged me for the truck I didn’t get to use.
Zoe VThe only problem I had is that I drove the truck 23 miles and the initial charge for gas was $60. I haven’t heard back yet on the dispute, so if someone could assist with that it would be great.
Eric KExcellent working with Mark. I had a difficult situation and it was all taken care of. He could not have been more friendly and professional
