Communication prior to and on the day of my rental was fabulous. I was taken care of the day of my rental and service overall was excellent. My only concern is that the truck I rented was not clean so my mattress cover ended up quite dirty.Blanche C.

20-foot truck van was covered in mud inside and out. I needed the truck so took it, which cost me $30. 00 to wash it before I dropped it off. The agent did offer to go and wash the truck. The agent overall was helpful and pleasant.Michael P.

Actually reimburse a customer for fuel. I picked up the unit with a quarter tank of fuel. I dropped it off with just under half a tank. No refund after I was told I would be compensated. Other than that the experience was great. Both locations were great.Scott L.

When I arrived at the location the doors were locked and the after hours number would not pick up after 10 phone calls. I was told by the woman at the front desk that they are open and if she is not there to call her and she would be right there. I was there before the hours of operation ended and called over the span of two hours waiting for my U-Haul that I was promised it would be no problem to pick up at any time.Pierre C.

The lady that we dealt with was exceptional. She was very helpful and went above and beyond in accomodating us. I would happily rent from the Cold Shot location again.William O.
The car was extremely pleasant knowledgeable and helpful but she was having problems with processing the rental paperwork due to a system update by U-Haul .the process took a lot of time as the computer keep terminating just when the entry was completed Very frustrating for both parties - I would suggest updates be done after regular hours when not open to the publicLorne H.
