How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery personable employee, very clear and direct about what was available and tried very hard to accommodate my needs.

bijo jThe trailer I rented was muddy and when I loaded it with my cargo, I found that one tire was very underinflated. It was at 30 psi, instead of the recommended 50 psi, and I had to pay to inflate it. Not impressed. If I had not checked, it would have most likely blown out and damage my bike in the process.
