Price was a tad bit high for a 1 day return rental. I paid 155.00 dollars by the time I was done and only went 90 miles! Also upon pickup the truck was not clean at all! A blower was used to blow out the cab which i witnessed upon arrival!kyle M.

We found this location to be clean, friendly, helpful and courteous. The equipment was clean and functional. The rates were very competitive. I had one negative experience. My understanding was that the office would be open at 7:00 am to reconcile the charges. While I did meet an employee shortly after 7:00 am, the person responsible for settling the charges was not on site until after 7:30am. Please post the hours of operation and be on site at those designated times.joel C.

No one was there on a Saturday afternoon. If you have check ins you should be there for your costumers. Or at least have a number somewhere on the building for the customer to call to finish the check in for the equipment. Even if it's just an answering machine/voice-mail.hellena M.

Received the first trailer with a completely flat tire. When I brought the trailer back, the owner said that there is not much they can do. He said that if I wanted to take the trailer to the local tire shop and have a new one put on, I could do that. I told him that was unacceptable and wanted to switch the another trailer. He got very rude with me. Finally he agreed to switch out the trailer.KYLE K.

My only complaint is that the online Uhaul check-in and return never works. The website ALWAYS says that location service is not turned on. However, I know it is on. I also tried on multiple devices to return the Uhaul and the same error occurred. The system is faulty and it shouldn't be pushed so hard on the customer unless Uhaul can guarantee that their site works. Cole Rental was terrific. Very happy with their customer service.Faith R.

Mr. Cole called me asking where the key was it was due by 11, calling me around 1pm. I had a two day rental and it was due the next day by 11. We tried to leave the key in a drop box however the box was not in working order. My plan was to bring the key by later that afternoon, I went immediately to return it and told him he needed to check his facts before calling someone so rudely. He said I should have left the key in his mail slot. I ask why not put a note that it's ok to do that... he said he is not putting any signs on his door. Everything with the rental was just as expected. The website could be streamlined but I was able to do everything I wanted to do. e.g. I had already logged-in to my account but I had to go back to my e-mail to click the link to leave this feedback. I will have to create another account to leave feedback for the moving help. It all takes time. Being able to do it all with a single sign-on would be a big help.ROBERT C.

We were contacted several times by two different people, the first associate wanted us to go to two locations one to pay and the second to pick the trailer up, then another guy calls me back the next day to ask which location I want to go to and I told him it didn't matter but we needed to know because we were on our way. I told him it would be around 1 and we were traveling 3 hours. At 1:20 the guy calls and asks if we're still coming and how much longer which I thought was unprofessional. When we got to the location there was debris all over their parking lot and furniture sitting out as well. Who knows what our poor tires picked up from their location. If they're switching locations they should move everything to the new location and not make the interaction so confusing and difficult.Anastasia B.

The tow dolly was missing the u bolt to strap down the tire and the location closed before we noticed. Ended up getting another tow strap to fasten the car because we had to move it but definitely not optimal.Quintin P.
