DALLAS LDoor was extremely hard to close with no handle to grip to assist in closing, I had to push on the locking mechanism to try and close. Driver's side had two different sized tires. It's a trailer that should be retired!
JAMES HThe truck didn't smell like smoke, this time. Very clean, except for two ballcaps and a lock with a set of keys attached I found under/behind the seats when I did my initial walkthough.

Jose SWe didn’t get a lock or otherwise recommend one. We had to figure that out. We were taking a toll road where you can go 80 mph but the truck would not do it or could not. Other U-Haul was passing us.

Carter DI delivered my cargo trailer at 9 PM Monday night night.Not seven thirty three tuesday morning. There was not anyone at the facility to receive the cargo trailer. I was told just to leave it part and take pictures. I do not feel as though I should be charged.The extra $45 because it was.Yall's mistake that I missed my return home window.

They even made sure that the mirrors were adjusted to my percise heigth so I would be safe to drive. I would highly recommmend this location. The rental was easy to return and the pick up was smooth and quick with everything I needed onsite. Thank you for your help and will defintly use your location in the future.
Patricia MDrop off was in a dark parking lot and the key return box was busted open so we had to wait till they opened the next morning to hand the key to them.
