Denise FI cannot thank Ms. Thompson and her son, Jyrell enough for being there for me this past Sunday, even though they were supposed to be closed. MARGARET CNice folks run this location. It is new and they are obviously just getting things up and running, but were helpful in renting me the truck. They were also flexible in allowing me to return truck after they closed on saturday. This is a rural area and my best advice to them is to be there during their posted hours and continue to answer phone calls after hours as well. The truck was clean, ran well and I am happy with the whole experience. I will recommend to my friends.

JAIDARE BBldg was closed had to wait for him to show up Unorganized, ignored me when I told him drop off location was to far and at least 5 closer, lady cust svc was polite and fixed it and even told about the storage perk which I could have used, didn't check cargo area which had a bunch of moving supply which I didn't order or need and used up space causing me to leave a few things behind, I guess he wasn't trained properly
David BProvide more training for staff. They were not fully knowledgeable of all the steps to process easy smooth pickup and return for trailer. Staff did say they were new and just opened.
Joanne JInside of truck was clean as far as no trash. Seats were clean, but floor mats had dirt (could have been partially from the team member moving the truck-in the rain). I called customer service prior to dropping off the truck to explain my moving dissatisfaction with U-Haul. The location didn’t have the dollies that I had ordered/requested, and that just complicated the move start to finish. I was given the manager’s number for the area and was told that he would be the one to handle any request for refunds. I reached out to him and his response was only that I wasn’t charged for the dolly so that was good. He never called to even get the story, just emailed that response. I reached out again via email explaining the entire situation, had a picture of the facility that was not business ready and asked if he could do anything regarding my request for a partial refund with the extra fees I had to pay for moving people because we had to do everything manually versus using dollies. Would appreciate if a U-Haul representative from your headquarters could call and discuss.
