Inside of truck was clean as far as no trash. Seats were clean, but floor mats had dirt (could have been partially from the team member moving the truck-in the rain). I called customer service prior to dropping off the truck to explain my moving dissatisfaction with U-Haul. The location didn’t have the dollies that I had ordered/requested, and that just complicated the move start to finish. I was given the manager’s number for the area and was told that he would be the one to handle any request for refunds. I reached out to him and his response was only that I wasn’t charged for the dolly so that was good. He never called to even get the story, just emailed that response. I reached out again via email explaining the entire situation, had a picture of the facility that was not business ready and asked if he could do anything regarding my request for a partial refund with the extra fees I had to pay for moving people because we had to do everything manually versus using dollies. Would appreciate if a U-Haul representative from your headquarters could call and discuss.
