The payment wouldn’t go through and had to sit and wait for over 2hrs to get the payment to finally go through. Staff was easy to work with but the payment was a waste of my time for something that should’ve been simple

Place had an open sign on the door, but nobody was there. Since the contract had the wrong address, I had to call the regional office and straighten that out.
Steve HThe drop off procedure app is terrible. After taking the return pics the last photo submission disappeared and took me back to beginning of the process. I could not get to the place where the error occurred. Make the return process easier
