KENNETH HThe UHaul Dealer was professional and helpful to connect and disconnect the trailer. The equipment was in acceptable condition for towing. However, loading showed an aluminum floor panel that had been previously damaged making the floor no longer flat. The damage was a lifted twisted panel. Also, the first swing door no longer swivels well on its hinge, when the door is swung closed the door must be muscled upward to close properly and engage the frame latching points. I rate the service as deceptive as I returned the unit swept out of any dust and dirt, some of which was already present upon pick up, yet I was charged for cleaning.... this after the fact cleaning service is unacceptable and I request the fee refunded. Please advise how UHaul will handle refunding the cleaning charge applied after the fact... after the dealer asked if it had been swept clean, which he was told, yes and no inspection took place after this interaction.

MAURICIO Qhrs open are aweful,i had an accident with the trailer,i did have the extra insurance on the trailer,they sent me an unable to understand invoice ,i asked about it thru email and no one has got back to me about it

Wendy Bvery happy with this location it was clean and the person at the desk was very helpful and professional unfortunately the location was way 100 km out of my way and not the location I had booked (no truck available-despite booking a month or more in advance. I appreciate the extra mileage grace, but it sill cost more money in gas and a loss of 2 hours of work. I really question whether I will use u-haul again because the truck is not guaranteed to be where you need it to be...the price is cheaper than professionals... so I'm not sure.

Amanda FHave a spare tire on the trailer. Its essential on long trips and prevents leaving people stranded waiting on help if they even have cell service where they are. Or at least offer it at an additional cost but it not being an option at all is a serious issue.

MAURICE GTotal BS. First attempted rental told me to drive 211 kms to P/u my truck. 2nd rental p/u changed P/u location changed morning of P/u. Then my drop off location changed from Penticton to OK falls. BS!!! 👎👎👎
