I booked online, picking pickup and drop off locations. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was asked where I would be dropping it off. I didn’t know off the top of my head and said that it was a location near Vancouver Intl Airport. I was called several times after picking up the vehicle about my drop off locations and was told that I needed to drop off at a location I didn’t pick. I had a small annoyance with the U haul agent who was admitting that they had made a mistake but I still needed to drop off at a different location. I refused and said that I would be dropping off at my original location.
