The U-Haul truck was not parked out front so we had to climb the gate to get the truck on the inside. Maybe next time make sure the right truck is out front. This caused us to run over our rental time. Which could have cost us money. Other than that a great experience

STEVEN STransmission kept slipping on the truck
RHONDA HThe mileage gauge is off, before I left the parking lot it jumped three miles, the last two digits was 46 when I started the truck but when I pulled out of the parking lot it was at 49. This resulted in my miles being off. I also put gas in it right before I dropped the truck back off and it was above the designated mark, but it went below that mark, not even driving two miles down the road.

AMANDA OOur truck broke down and we were stuck for 5 hours. They did eventually get the starter replaced. At the very least, we should have received some sort of discount or compensation. The clerk at the location was outstanding when we picked up the truck.

DANIEL RI had the truck scheduled for 8 hrs...but brought it back in 5 @ 2:45pm. There was no one there to receive the truck or talk to about equipment & estimated mileage not used...and I haven't received a final updated bill.
YALENA JI returned the truck before midnight the barcode was not working for some reason and I didn’t use all the miles that I estimated I needed!

TSHUNDA WOn returning the van on Sunday, other returnees did not leave space enough to park w/o obstructing the entry gate for reaching the storage units. It is not Uhaul's fault and am hoping this will not happen in the future.

Jose RThe air conditioning in the truck didn't work, after relocating great conditioning to cool a person off is super important. Other than that, the people at this location are awesome!
KARLOS BMy Uhaul recently reserved felt very unsafe. It was disclosed by the onsite agent i had to SLAM the door to shut 3-4 times and would ajar a few times going over bumps. Unfortunately I did not have the time to switch it out

MARY PA representative made sure the wiper blades were in good shape. Wished they would have also ensured the windshield wiper fluid was filled. Friendly staff.

The drop off location was on point!, the associate that I interacted with at my end destination was professional, courteous and had integrity, 11/10 will recommend forthwith! However… the truck was sketch AF!!! The AC works when it wants to, the lights for the instrumentation panels in the dash board are virtually nonexistent (have pics to verify). Also, steering and alignment are off

I called her ahead of time prior to dropping off the truck and she assured me that the office was open right up to 6pm when they close. I arrived exactly at closing time and she was there to receive the truck. She was polite and friendly. She answered all my questions without any rush even though it was past closing. Good customer experience. Thank you so much.

ERIN MWhen I tried to drop off my rental the office was locked during normal operating hours due to the staff performing other duties. They should have someone in the office at all times during normal operating hours.
