TSHUNDA WOn returning the van on Sunday, other returnees did not leave space enough to park w/o obstructing the entry gate for reaching the storage units. It is not Uhaul's fault and am hoping this will not happen in the future.

KARLOS BMy Uhaul recently reserved felt very unsafe. It was disclosed by the onsite agent i had to SLAM the door to shut 3-4 times and would ajar a few times going over bumps. Unfortunately I did not have the time to switch it out

The drop off location was on point!, the associate that I interacted with at my end destination was professional, courteous and had integrity, 11/10 will recommend forthwith! However… the truck was sketch AF!!! The AC works when it wants to, the lights for the instrumentation panels in the dash board are virtually nonexistent (have pics to verify). Also, steering and alignment are off

I called her ahead of time prior to dropping off the truck and she assured me that the office was open right up to 6pm when they close. I arrived exactly at closing time and she was there to receive the truck. She was polite and friendly. She answered all my questions without any rush even though it was past closing. ERIN MWhen I tried to drop off my rental the office was locked during normal operating hours due to the staff performing other duties. They should have someone in the office at all times during normal operating hours.

ALBERT KThe truck had driver door damage so when you opened and shut it each time it pinched the door & fender together. I had to point it out to the owner along with the other minor damage. Also the check engine light was on, the owner told me she could rent me a older truck if that bothered me. I am familiar with this type of problem on these trucks (It's an oxygen sensor problem). So just get it fixed is all. There was candy trash wrappers behind the seat. And most importantly the wiper blades were shot, good thing I didn't drive in the rain. Another big problem was the driver headlight was out so this limited my driving to daytime only. I fooled with the switch, and got it to come back on the next day. Still I had to stay in an unfamiliar city overnight because of this light being out. Many truckers were flashing their lights at me. Other than this the truck worked and I got to where I was going in time. Barely !!

STEPHEN MI was sitting outside in the heat trying to do the check in on my phone and the woman came out and told me she could help me do it faster if I wanted to come inside. I really appreciated that she went out of her way to help me and I got to cool off in the AC for a few minutes. Later, I realized we needed the truck for an extra day. The office was already closed but the 800 number called me back within the quoted time frame and Tavin was so friendly and professional and got my reservation extended right away.

carlson lI live 5 minutes from this location and 5 minute to the location I was going to move to and made 1 trip. She said I drove 75 miles. I should have taken a picture of miles on truck. There is no way I drove this truck that many miles. I think they were trying to get more money. I am disappointed with uhaul.

AILEEN BU-Haul App crashed and stalled out several times while attempting to check in.
STEPHEN NThe 26' truck I rented had a check engine light on and when I returned back to the pickup location they mentioned that they knew aboutvit and it was just a faulty sensor, there is a grinding noise when you press the brake either when holding down the brake to start the vehicle and randomly at other times, the alignment was way off (to go straight the wheel had to be quarter turned to the left and the middle of the steering wheel would cover the odometer from sight making it difficult to determine the speed of travel which is a huge safety hazard), lastly the truck has leaks in the back and a lot of my boxes of belongings (books and many other items) and furniture were drenched. Stll have to unpack to determine the extent of the damage. Come on Uhaul take better care of your trucks, you are putting lives at risk and causing damage to customer's property.
