The trailer lights did not work on pickup, and there were no other trailers available. When I troubleshot and found that the issue was the bulb and not wiring related, I swapped the running light and brake/signal light and then everything worked. The worker seemed to not really care that the lights were inoperable.

Trailer was mad at location I had scheduled for pickup. Without notice they sent me across town. I've use this location for years but understand it was out of their control because of lack of inventory. If you reserve a trailer at a given location I would assume that it should be available-not good

U-Haul really needs to put a way to lock trailers to vehicles. It's good that the trailer itself locks but all someone has to do is pull it off the vehicle and take it with all if your stuff. My husband could easily pick the smaller trailer up and put it on my vehicle while full. My cousin and myself did the same thing with it full on the way back (and we aren't very big women).

I spent 30-40 minutes cleaning-up the trailer's interior. It had a puncture in the front exterior wall which created a slight break inside allowing water/moisture to ingress. The exterior puncture appeared to have been caused by a previous renter from backing-up with the trailer allowing their bumper to collide with the trailer. When picking-up the trailer, I even pointed it out on the outside and inside to the rental person - he just marked it with some "previous damage" stickies. I put on some duck tape on the outside to prevent water/moisture from getting in (anticipating rain).

The car carrier we contracted for wasn't there when we arrived. We were told it was never in the springs and was always in Florida. They found us a different trailer but it was 20 minutes further away from our house. We were told we had to specifically use this uhaul center because it was the only place in town that could rent car carriers. As it turns out, we rented the car carrier from a self storage facility, just like the one less than a mile from my house that I was told I couldn't use.

This vendor was excellent. However, UHaul changed my pick-up location to this one, even though the website had said it was available closer. I was not able to keep my originally chosen location that I had booked, and therefore ended up paying more in mileage than I would have. When I called UHaul, they refused to discount or refund the difference in mileage price that resulted from this change.

The personal contact at U-Haul is excellent. Friendly, helpful and informative. Covid 19 measures are being taken and customer safety is evident. Setting up an account and navigating the verification, check in, and picking up a vehicle by smart phone seems a little cumbersome, though I am not a tech savvy person.

The 6x12 trailer had visible rust at the brake chamber, the length of the trailer tongue and lack of anti-sway measures made the transport from Colorado to Florida difficult when winds were increased or uneven pavement. The location is small so the trailer was parked on the street.

This location goes above and beyond to enhance the customer's rental experience. I rented my u-haul right after a blizzard. This location helped defrost the U-Haul and spent extra time to make sure I understood everything about operations the vehicle in adverse weather conditions. Excellent service!

Stop charging $20 to check in a truck the next morning after dropping it off after closing time. I had not had the process explained to me and was told to just drop off the keys and contract. That's a garbage policy for uhaul to have and you have forever lost me as a customer because of it. It's abusive and price gouging. I will never do business with uhaul again. The location was nice.

This was the worst experience. We spent 40 minutes just tying to get our truck. We had the truck for 3 hours. We went probably 25 miles and the.n got charged 24 for gas. The chat feature was horrible. Nobody answered. We were on hold with 24/7 forever.

The online registration and pick up actually took longer than the normal process. Scanning the location barcode was not possible with my phone's VPN. I selected a dolly during reservation, but it did not show up on the system at the location. Location employee was very friendly and helpful!

The biggest issue i faced was i was not told that i had to ping my location apon drop off. I dropped it off 2 hrs early and was tood up untill an hour before my scheduled drop off time that i had to ping my location or pay $20. I live 45 min from this location and the roads were frozen and and it was snowy, i called customer service and was told i had to either drive 45 min on frozen snowy road with multi accidents and road closures or pay $20 even tho i had photo proof with geo-tags of the drop off. I called and going and got to the returns department and was helped by this nice lady. But you should point out the after hours drop off for EVERY customer and have a solution for customers if they have left the location but have photo proof.

Convenient drop location Yes. Near Army Base Yes. Open on Sundays- No. No one would know as all U-hauls are closed late at night, and there is NO 1-800 live representative to speak with.
