Overall, the dropoff itself, went smoothly. Unfortunately, the U-Haul app did not work properly on my nephew's iPhone and I was charged $20 even though we downloaded the app and were able to input some data (location, scan bar codes for truck and auto transport). I submitted a comment as part of my record for this rental (Concern Ref ID 4547705).
