He gave me fake invoices, I'm not happy. Instead of $139, he charged me $484. To me, that's a scam. I'm not happy and I want my money back.

My issue isn’t exactly with the original location, but the one I ended up returning my rental to. I’d rented a trailer for 4 hours, unbeknownst to me that location would be closed by the time that rolled around. I called to try returning it and got no answer as the location was closed. I then called another nearby rental site and asked if I could drop it off there as I didn’t want to give it back late. They said that would be fine and nothing else. Later that night, I got hit with a $108 charge for the rental due to an “incorrect location” return fee which I had been told nothing about. Had to call customer service to get it straightened out as the person I met with at the return location was unable to coherently tell me why I was charged so much.
