Provide an option to purchase locks for the trucks units, or at least information customer when they pick up a truck to bring a lock, would help people looking to load and move. Rather then going to a store to purchase a lock and leave tbe unit unlocked.PATRICIA A.
Recommend truck sizes depending on the bedroom of current house being packed up. For example I had a 4 bedroom house and thought I could pack it all up in a 20 ft truck but what I really needed was the 26 ft truck for 4-5 bedroom.Kenny P.

Great owner and staff! Always super friendly and could help answer questions. The facility is secure with an electric gate and cameras. The units themselves are clean and put together well - my unit had a light too which I thought was a nice touch. Overall, recommend to anyone. Rick was super friendly and helpful. Solved a severe problem for us when we got zero notice from the Uhaul HQs online reservations system. Rick worked through it and was great. The trailer lights did not work on pickup, and there were no other trailers available. When I troubleshot and found that the issue was the bulb and not wiring related, I swapped the running light and brake/signal light and then everything worked. I've use this location for years but understand it was out of their control because of lack of inventory. U-Haul really needs to put a way to lock trailers to vehicles. It's good that the trailer itself locks but all someone has to do is pull it off the vehicle and take it with all if your stuff. My husband could easily pick the smaller trailer up and put it on my vehicle while full. My cousin and myself did the same thing with it full on the way back (and we aren't very big women).Jacqueline B.
I spent 30-40 minutes cleaning-up the trailer's interior. It had a puncture in the front exterior wall which created a slight break inside allowing water/moisture to ingress. The exterior puncture appeared to have been caused by a previous renter from backing-up with the trailer allowing their bumper to collide with the trailer. When picking-up the trailer, I even pointed it out on the outside and inside to the rental person - he just marked it with some "previous damage" stickies. I put on some duck tape on the outside to prevent water/moisture from getting in (anticipating rain).JEFFREY L.

The car carrier we contracted for wasn't there when we arrived. We were told it was never in the springs and was always in Florida. They found us a different trailer but it was 20 minutes further away from our house. We were told we had to specifically use this uhaul center because it was the only place in town that could rent car carriers. As it turns out, we rented the car carrier from a self storage facility, just like the one less than a mile from my house that I was told I couldn't use.Scott D.

This vendor was excellent. However, UHaul changed my pick-up location to this one, even though the website had said it was available closer. I was not able to keep my originally chosen location that I had booked, and therefore ended up paying more in mileage than I would have. When I called UHaul, they refused to discount or refund the difference in mileage price that resulted from this change.Brandy M.

The personal contact at U-Haul is excellent. Friendly, helpful and informative. Covid 19 measures are being taken and customer safety is evident. Setting up an account and navigating the verification, check in, and picking up a vehicle by smart phone seems a little cumbersome, though I am not a tech savvy person.Stan A.

The 6x12 trailer had visible rust at the brake chamber, the length of the trailer tongue and lack of anti-sway measures made the transport from Colorado to Florida difficult when winds were increased or uneven pavement. The location is small so the trailer was parked on the street.Jason R.
This location goes above and beyond to enhance the customer's rental experience. I rented my u-haul right after a blizzard. Stop charging $20 to check in a truck the next morning after dropping it off after closing time. I had not had the process explained to me and was told to just drop off the keys and contract. That's a garbage policy for uhaul to have and you have forever lost me as a customer because of it. It's abusive and price gouging. I will never do business with uhaul again.
