Megan WNobody was there to check in my rental return on a Saturday afternoon around 4pm. Thankfully I had the app and did a self-return on it. Will not be using this location in the future!
Andy FLocation has posted hours but when we arrived to drop off the trailer nobody was available. We had to drop the trailer and received no confirmation of return. Horrible customer service. The place was confusing and overcrowded with equipment.

Johann CI have back issues which limit my abilities to bend and stoop over. The woman at the desk took my information, completed the paperwork, guided me to the trailer, and hook it up to my vehicle. I could not have been more pleased with her effort and friendliness during the entire process. It was an enjoyable experience.

RICHARD PThis wasn’t the location I originally scheduled for pickup and return. I had contacted the original location on Wednesday before my Sunday pickup date and was told everything was set. Then, 2 days before my scheduled date I got a call from U-Haul telling me that I had to change locations and also I couldn’t pickup the truck until an hour later than planned. The new location was in the opposite direction from where I was headed and ended up costing me 20 miles of extra combined driving and gas for the rental truck and personal vehicle. The new location and personnel was very good but the last minute change disrupted my plans and the people lined up to help with our move. I made the reservation about a month earlier so the last minute change was disappointing.

Steven HYour computer systems were down when I arrived to pick up the truck. Your agent was very helpful and took my information so she could process the rental when your systems came back online. Unfortunately, I was charged for SafeMove insurance that I did not want or need. The truck is wonderful! It had low mileage, was very clean and easy to operate. Cruise control would have been nice as most of my trip was on the freeway.

CHRISTOPHER SU-Haul is all about the person renting out the vehicle and when i say I have moved more times than I want, trust. The place that I picked up from yesterday Color World and the lady that rents there is awesome.
