I have back issues which limit my abilities to bend and stoop over. The woman at the desk took my information, completed the paperwork, guided me to the trailer, and hook it up to my vehicle. I could not have been more pleased with her effort and friendliness during the entire process. It was an enjoyable experience.

RICHARD PThis wasn’t the location I originally scheduled for pickup and return. I had contacted the original location on Wednesday before my Sunday pickup date and was told everything was set. Then, 2 days before my scheduled date I got a call from U-Haul telling me that I had to change locations and also I couldn’t pickup the truck until an hour later than planned. The new location was in the opposite direction from where I was headed and ended up costing me 20 miles of extra combined driving and gas for the rental truck and personal vehicle. The new location and personnel was very good but the last minute change disrupted my plans and the people lined up to help with our move. I made the reservation about a month earlier so the last minute change was disappointing.
