It’s a laundromat with no outdoor signs indicating it’s a UHaul location. The desk inside was closed at 4pm and I luckily found a laundromat employee (who doesn’t work with UHaul) to acknowledge me. Had to self-return on the app which made me very nervous considering how buggy the app had been prior to this point.
Jamie SThe truck was not loaded into the system so the person in charge had to come from home to get it into the system. This took about 1 hour. The truck then itself was dirty in the back. The person before I used this truck hauled pigs in it, so the entire truck smelled horrid. All of our belongings now smell like pigs. Several things had to be thrown away. Overall I will not use U-Haul again unless they refund my money. I paid $400 to use something animals were hauled in?

Klayton DI wasn't expecting to drop off the trailer at a laundryomat. It took a couple of drive by's to see the little UHaul sign. The clerk was nice and she did all her check in things. I had to muscle the trailer off by myself. All in all no complaints...
