The individual at the dropoff location was not helpful in terms of directing where to drop equipment, did not provide any assistance in dropping equipment, and provided no formal confirmation or receipt that equipment was returned. He simply offered to "text his coworker" that the equipment was returned. I returned the equipment on August 5th, and my receipt emailed to me shows the equipment was returned on Aug 6th.

Andrew NThe Uhaul staff was really helpful and efficient with checking out our vehicle and letting us keep it in the lot for a few days since we needed to make sure we had the vehicle checked out but had no where to keep it overnight until we were ready to move. She was available both times we came in, once to complete the checkout then to pick it up. I would definitely recommend this location.
Karen CShamia, the lady at the laundry who manages the Uhaul reservations there, was terrific. She is super organized and efficient and when we had questions she stayed on it and helped us get answers. I highly recommend dealing with her. She was friendly and very professional. Our truck was also very clean.
