Location was fine. Truck was fine. Figuring out how to configure my internet browser to complete the pick-up was a problem. It probably took 30 minutes to complete the pick up from time of arrival.Peter L.
Representative Sat at the computer and watched as I struggled to do self check in. Representative refused to return the truck I rented because he wanted to go home at 3:30. Website says closes at 4:30.china F.
Office was closed for the day but was told on online reservations that I could do online check in or wait till facility opens at 10am to have one on one in person interaction. I wanted to be in person with someone so I postponed by pick up time from 9am to 10am. Just to find out that thet were closed for the day. Then, had to call Uhaul to have help with getting the code for the rental keys. The process to over 45 mins. Then, the tire was very low. Had to stop and add air. Very unhappy with my experience.Christina A.
The contactless business model sucks, if the owner of the property was not there to give me the key I probably never could have picked up the truck. I returned to Clementon location and live body was there and seamless.Stephen G.

Stop having the customer do the work of the rep. The checking in and out via the customer cell phone is horrible!! Not to mention the fact that there is no cell phone reception at the location and not even the rep can sign into your WiFi.Kelly N.
Drop off location was closed (Saturday) and I was told bia contract to call an 800 number. The phone system was down and 20 attempts at calling resulted in a disconnection where phone call wouldn't go througj. Extremely poor tental system. Probably would use a different company next time like Penske.john T.

Loaded the driver's license when making the reservation but you didn't have it. So needed to redo and NOT comfortable doing it at an "unsecure" web location. This is a procedure YOU should be handling....not the customer since it's YOUR requirement....THOMAS A.

When I made the reservation for a van this location came up. When I went to pick it up it was a truck. I never received the phone call the night before to confirm anything. I will not be using U-Haul again.James F.

Somewhere During my Trip I was awarded a speeding ticket? Now U-has charged me for it and can not explain the who, what, where, when, or why, Just the run around? No communication back after filing a dispute, no info on the ticket NOTHING just a charge to my credit card on file. NOT FAIR U-HAUL!!Matthew D.

Columbia Storage was great. U haul made a change in pick up location the address was similar but 10 miles apart luckily I noticed or extra milage would have applied. Was able to change size of vehicle and remain close to my base. U hual needs to do better job when they make changes on their end. Overall we had a great experience. Mileage allowed by u-haul came within 2 miles due to truck routes allowed by state driving laws.Richard H.
