The U-Haul truck share 24/7 process needs some work. There are numerous photo upload requirements and the location I rented this vehicle from had very bad cell phone reception. This caused unnecessary delays in processing my check in and check out. Maybe there should be a wifi signal where the password is changed each day and is shared with the renters via email or text on the day of the rental.
