They told me the price per mile over the allowed was 89 cents per mile but I was charged 1 dollar per mile

Not much of a cell signal in the area so be patient. Had problems with checking in when using the Uhaul app. Don't use the app. Use the uhaul website to check in. Smooth running from then on. It's easy to log in using just your phone number. All in all I will definitely use Uhaul from this location again.

Rachanda NThe U-Haul truck share 24/7 process needs some work. There are numerous photo upload requirements and the location I rented this vehicle from had very bad cell phone reception. This caused unnecessary delays in processing my check in and check out. Maybe there should be a wifi signal where the password is changed each day and is shared with the renters via email or text on the day of the rental.
