TRENT CThe truck was dirty covered in mud on the inside and out. The manager at this location originally tried charging me over two hundred dollars to clean the vehicle even though it was filthy to begin with. Trying to steal from customers and add ridiculous charges was only one of the nightmares experienced at this location. The manager Paul, would cancel reservations made by UHaul customer service, and said he could do whatever he wanted. After three different incidents we complained to customer service who ended up conducting an investigation into this location mangers corrupt behavior. The 200 dollar cleaning fee was reduced to 25 dollars. The customer service people were shocked at the behavior of the staff from this location and provided us with help dealing with this local criminal. Thank you UHaul customer service for keeping this location honest in the end.
GEORGE LHave your website accessible outside US and Canada. Opening times change eg the person had to close for that day and the other person in Calgary didn't tell me that, so if I wouldn't have spoken with the actual location I would have missed picking up the trailer a day earlier and I would have had issues with my move. Better info and texts to notify people about changes, not a message that requires me to call uhaul.

Jennifer DThe parking lot was terribly muddy and out of the way. The vehicle wasn't the one I chose until the vehicle confirmation showed up the day before I needed it. I requested a 10' truck and was given a van. The van did end up working out but was disappointed by not getting what I requested online.

LESLIE MWhen dropping off equipment, the location was closed within posted business hours, had a note to call for assistance on the business door.. I called and it went straight to voice mail, I left a message and was never called back.

Charles SI dropped the rental truck 2 days earlier than scheduled. First I had to find a spot to park in their sketchy construction site littered with huge rocks. There was no one there so I dropped the keys off in the key drop box. Then they bombarded me with all the surcharges they could. Even though I returned the truck to the location on my transaction printout, they charged me $200 for dropping it off at the wrong site. I had filled up with gas as close to the original level but they still changed me a fuel surcharge. We swept the box and folded the moving pads (to redeem $25) that was ignored instead they charged me another $200 cleaning fee because they claimed there was mud on the outside and dust in the cab (which was a bit dusty when I got it). I never drove in mud while I had the vehicle and drove only on the highway. These guys will rip you off. Don’t drop your vehicle here.
