The lady that usually run the Uhaul side of this location wasn't available when we dropped it off, the gentleman who helped me wasn't really sure what he was doing and it took a moment to get through it. The location is a mechanic shop so it isn't exactly set up to be a rental center.
BRYCE CI dropped off after hours. However easy to find location! And the had cameras which made me feel safe dropping off.

GENE JThe pickup location was excellent and the staff went above what they had to do to help us. I do think that they gave us their oldest trailer there so it could be replaced with a newer one. I've used this location before, and as always, their help has always been excellent. They even hooked up the trailer for me.
DONALD WThe place was closing early,so the lady called me and asked if I can do a express checkout no problem I told her.When I arrived the place was closed no surprise,nut the keys weren't in the truck. I called and left several messages then the woman came awhile later with the keys.....

George EThe scheduling/reservation process is horrible. times and locations are inaccurate at best. locations closed on scheduled pick up/ drop off..all generated by U Haul. My final , thank God, pick up location was a 90 mile round trip from the original reservation point AND THEY WERE NOT OPEN ON SATURDAY which was one main search criteria I used in making reservations. Actual in person customer service at both pick up and drop off was impeccable. Will not EVER use U Haul again. Period.

Ralph OThere was dirt and broken glass in the back of the truck and none of the equipment I had paid for (2 hand trucks and moving blankets) were in the truck. They decided the day before to close that day so there was nobody around to remedy the situation. They have not responded to my request for a refund for the missing equipment.

Jamie RAs listed in the previous comment, we found the check-in process and following the video challenging. We were very happy to be able to deliver the truck after hours because returning to work on Monday made it impossible to deliver it then. Overall, however, it was a very positive experience and the equipment was great!

Terry BTruck was dirty, ashes were in the ash tray and the interior truck was not cleaned before rental. Truck was not inspected before I arrived at the facility.
Brian RThe gentleman is a bit grouchy but the ladies in the office are super nice. Just know that you have to call ahead, because they aren’t always open during posted business hours. That said, I was able to get someone on the phone to come around both times. Standard small town experience.

TODD CUnit was not available on the day or time of reservation. Had to make 2 trips to pick up truck. Was charged for multiple days for truck and other add ons we didnt add or use. Staff is very disorganized and do not return calls..
George HThe trailer was backed into some bushes and the rear was covered in leaves and ants had nested inside the trailer. It was very dirty all over. This trailer should be retired.

JOAN RThe equipment was old. When we opened the trailer the door flew upward and got stuck. We called Uhaul but had a VERY difficult time getting the right department (talked to at least 5 people before being sent to the service department). In the end I was able to get the door I jammed but if not warned about that it will happen again to others. It was very frustrating. We had our trailer fully packed before we realized this had happened. Could not drive to our destination for about an hour (after I was able to unjam the door). Uhaul was of little help.
