The equipment was old. When we opened the trailer the door flew upward and got stuck. We called Uhaul but had a VERY difficult time getting the right department (talked to at least 5 people before being sent to the service department). In the end I was able to get the door I jammed but if not warned about that it will happen again to others. It was very frustrating. We had our trailer fully packed before we realized this had happened. Could not drive to our destination for about an hour (after I was able to unjam the door). Uhaul was of little help.

Tough to find the drop box. Sign is very small at entrance to a Tractor Supply store and actual drop off location is behind that. But, I found it after driving around back of Tractor Supply and was able to drop the key in the drop box on Sunday. This drop off location was very close to my storage unit where I unloaded the truck, so was very pleased! I did leave 2 new unfolded and unused boxes in the U-Haul for next customer. Thank you!

This was my original drop off location. When I went to do an after hours drop, I found that my location had changed. No notification to me. The new location was about a half hour away. Called to change back, but they wouldn't/couldn't. Asked to speak to a supervisor and they were too inconsiderate to speak to me and made the original representative pass along their conversation. This call took 48 minutes. Not really how you treat your customers. Called the next morning and took less than 30 seconds to change back to my original choice. Going to need another rental and will have to go with another company due to this experience.

Ifeel like I got ripped off ive always used uhaul in the past so have my inlaws, never have I had to pay what I feel were unfare fees I got the ten foot uhaul for three days and was told it would be a hundred dollar deposit and19 dollars aday 20 or 30 I don't remember im so frustrated any way it t was reasonable also to fill the tank back up which I did and simply drove two to three miles back and returned the truck I never got my hundred dollar deposit back and was told I did not fill the tank back up idid and whats crazy is if that truck were slam full it would have been filled there where I picked up the truck but there are no pumps there they probably filled it up right down the road exactly where I did the needle was on the full line maybe just slightly off because I gave the clerk a 100 dollar bill and told her I wanted to fill it up which I did. and I ended up owing as uhaul called it an outstanding balance of 45.00 dollars that turned into 70.00 for being aweek late the reason being id got sepsis in the pick line going to my heart,as I have short bowel syndrome and that's how I eat the other40.00 was waved if I agreed to pay the 30 the day I got yourletter which I sent my wife to do why not give me back the hundred dollars that I feel was stolen from me if its not returned to me me nor my family will never use uhaul, which weve used the 50 years ive been around again I filled that tank got sepsis about died and got over charged by uhaul all in the same month happy new year to me . you asked for feed back well that was my experience this go around with uhaul but youll probably brush this off and keep the money cause its what makes the world go around isn't it thanks anyway the walters family.paying what I did for those three days is crazy


At first they were very helpful. I asked them if I should use the online reservation system and they said no. They did not have any 10' trucks and agreed to give me a 20' for the 10' price.I gave them the online quoted price for a 10' truck and a car tow and they still overcharged me $557. I would be willing to settle this for $213 the difference between a 20' truck and a car tow online quoted price of $1037.90 including insurance and what I was charged $1251.00
