DeWayne DCalled the number on the paperwork, no answer but received a text from the number asking to text and I replied saying I needed to return a u-haul. I sent a picture also and then I had no reply after that, so I did the online return instead and was very helpful.
Jon GThe drop off location was in an area that looked very unsafe. There were multiple people who appeared to be on drugs in the area and it was right by a trailer park. This is not an inviting place, and to have your customers drop off a truck in this location is ridiculous. It’s a car lot that has minimal parking on top of that. Find a better drop off location for your customers so that they don’t feel unwelcome or worried.
Hugo GWhen I got to my moving location I realized that there was a lock on the trailer so I had to go all the way back to the rental place, I asked the guy who hooked up the trailer why he didn't check it he started yelling at me that he didn't even work for U-Haul and he said I was lucky he didn't tell me what he thought of me so I asked him to please go ahead and tell me because I was egar to find out. He stormed in to the rental office slamming doors open and stormed out the back. The owner of the place asked what was going on and I told him and then he proceeded to ignore me standing there and I asked if he was going to deal with this and he said the other guy went to get some tools. These people are out of their minds at this location. Worst service I have ever experienced.

Mecheala TThe truck was full of trash that I had to have my movers clean out. The lumber and wood pallets would not be picked up by the trash collectors, so I have to haul them to a dumpster to dispose of. This cost another hour of labor plus whatever it will cost me to haul off. It took an hour to check out the truck beause my location could not be verified, and I had to take pictures of my contract. Thank goodness I had a print copy with me. Also, it sounded lije the brakes were going out and the truck broke down just outside of Tulsa.

William SThey were super friendly and helpful. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WOMEN WHOM MADE MY RESERVATION, SHE SAID THE SIZE I GOT CAME WITH A DOLLY, I WAS IN A HURRY SO PICKED IT UP AND LEFT. GOT TO MY STORAGE TO FIND NO DOLLY, MOVING THINGS MYSELF, A DOLLY WAS A MUST. AFTER IT BEING WAY EXPENSIVE, AND NOT GIVING THE CORRECT INFO, I AM GOING TO CHECK OTHER COMPANIES BEFORE UHAUL.

Michael LUHaul switched pickup locations on me without notifying me. When I picked up the rental it was COMPLETELY out of gas. I did get $50 off my rental fee-but cost me $140 to fill it.
Shane MCould have done a better job ensuring equipment was checked in correctly. Gas gauge was not on 7/8 gas was on 1/4 tank. I could not get help bc I was told to check in using my phone.

Dean JTried to scam me. Returned the truck on 5/26 at 4:30 pm (have a picture and witness to prove it). Then I get a charge receipt in email saying I returned it on 5/27 at 2:41 pm, which is laughable, because I wasn't even in Tulsa then. Had to go through my credit card company to fight the fraudulent charge. I should be compensated for Comet motors incompetence.

Charles WI ordered a dolly and did not get one. This was an incredibly difficult move and a prize piece of furniture was damaged. Then I reported the missing dolly and was still charged for it after I refuted the charge. Probably illegal. Won't ever do pick-up without a human again.
