Second time I’ve used this location, first time was very smooth. The problem is that they did not have the appliance dolly, so asked me to pick one up elsewhere… then that place did not have one, and recommended another location. I ended up not getting a dolly, seemed they did credit my account the $10. Staff was friendly at both spots.

Twalia AI returned the vehicle on 12/12/23 at 1:39pm. The person who received it said the receipt would be mailed in 20 minutes. It didn't happen. I had to call the next day to ask for it. The other situation is that the van drop off time appears as 4:00pm. That's not correct. It was at 1:39 pm as I mentioned before. I have asked several time to rectify this situation but it has not been done yet. This is a liability issue. I don't want the van on my name during those hours.
Carlos MYour mobile Check-in/out system is to complicated. Information for both should be sent together. We didnt see the return info until after the truck was returned because we were busy moving all day and did not check emails until after the truck was returned.
Daniel Vwas charged for gas that i replace was charge for the truck hours that was returned before 5;30pm because when i went on line to return it i couldn;t . in the past i have never been charged three times the amount i would never use u haul again nor recommend it.
roger wThe access to the address I was given by UHaul was not marked and was an empty office with only the address I was given on the door and an unlocked locking key drop box. Only after a call to UHaul did we establish the location to be on the other side of the building (again, poorly marked from the road) and only labeled as a car rental/sales lot. Better signage re. it being a UHaul dealer is necessary.
Paul VThe lady that made our reservation was out of the office when we picked up the truck……it literally took us one hour to get our truck. The guy there didn’t even know the password to the computer. Very inefficient and unprofessional.

jeannette sGood location, the sweetest person behind the counter, truck clean…. BUT NO MOVING PADS??? The pads are more important than the truck itself. If you send customers out with no pads, you are assisting in destroying their belongings. I Own a moving company. Rent uhauls often. 26’ truck? Minimum 3 dozen pads. Thats 30$ to the store. Whats the rental? 30$? 40$? it wont take much to convince someone moving that these pads are worth their weight in gold. total sales at the end of the year will probably double.
Mark STruck was dirty. It was a cold and wet night and there was a thick film on the windshield interior that made it very difficult to see and drive safely. The staff at the location were pleasant, but they failed to put in the blankets I ordered. The online process to complete the rental was complicated and took way too much time in the freezing cold
