Not charge an $20 fee to drop off after hours. In our case.... 9 hours early. At 10 am when building opens and no one was there. You have a drop box. No reason to charge extra. Greedy!!

DOROTHY GWhen rental supplies are requested, it would be nice to have them at the location where the truck is being picked up. We had to go to another location to get the dollies and the furniture pads.
Russell C. I dropped it off during their office hours, but they did not go outside to check the condition or the odometer before I left yet they charged me for Extra 12 miles which i find hard to believe and a cleaning fee for having left 3 boxes and rope in the back.
CLAUDIA CI know we drove 20-25 miles more than the 80 miles listed in the order. I expected to be charged more than the initial amount because of this, but can an itemized bill, with the additional mileage charge, be provided so I know what was charged/why? Based on my calculations, of the additional charge and the mileage rate ($1.09), it seems we drove 24 additional miles. Can that please be verified/documented with an itemized bill? BOB BBefore the pick-up, the gas tank was nearly empty. The fuel light came on while I was driving. Before returning the rental, I filled up the tank to the closest tic mark. For gas, I was charged an additional $15.00. I am dissatisfied with the service quality.

Rebecca BI reserved the trailer online in another city. I was called days prior to say the only trailer was at this location - 50 miles from the original reservation. When I arrived, nobody was available in the store to help. I waited for the person to get off break, and then she was very helpful. This was a furniture store in a neighborhood that I did not feel safe. I would have never chosen this location.
Mike WDespite checking in online, I still had to go into the location because I was not sent a code for the lock. It was a minor issue, but a little frustrating.

Richard DThe contactless check-in did not work AGAIN. Your customer service phone line is always an unreasonable wait time. Our location (we tried it on 2 different phones) showed in the parking lot, but Uhaul kept saying we were not at our destination. We had to wait for the store to open to pick it up. The gentleman at the location was awesome and things went quickly after he arrived. I have moved my children numerous time over past few years. And slways use UHAUL. Im disappointed UHAUL has such terrible customer service.

Michael SRecommend ALL rental drop off locations give U-Haul customers a form letter of acceptance of the rented vehicles. All customers have to sign acceptance of vehicles being rented but, have to rely on acceptance of the drop off location manager to log it in on their phone or store computer after the customer leaves the area.
LOSSEE SStaff at location were very helpful but the location has limited hours so we were directed to use the uhaul app to pick up the truck. The app is terrible, and every uhaul personnel member on the sites and via chat agree with that assessment. It is user unfriendly, poorly designed, and we will never use it again. Chat could be improved as well, because the chat person is stuck trying to help you make the app work. what a waste of their time and mine
David DLocations should put gas in the trucks. I had to put gas in it before I got home because it was near empty.
BRANDON GSince he works a different business with the U Haul as a side business, we had to wait a bit longer for the help. Once he was out, the service was fine.
David SQuick, no hassles and out in minutes. Wish I could have received credit for returning the truck a day early. I wish U-haul would go back to providing credit for returning rentals early
Gregory TWe got the truck and the gas tank was only on half. They could clearly see that we only took it 10 miles in just a few hours. We then got charged for the full tank refill.

Katherine TMake sure the equipment has been made road ready!! The truck had a major exhaust leak to the point that he cabin filled with exhaust and had to have windows open the whole way even to the point that I became dizzy!!! Also, had to add oil to the engine along with extreme vibration!! Not fun on a 1040 mile trip!!!

Patience RNever would I ever use them again ever! Was the worst experience ever! I ordered my truck & they said it would be ready by 9pm & they would call me with in an hour to tell me where to pick up my truck! I drove 2 hours & 25mins to where we was going to! Mind you I'm 8months pregnant with a my 8 year old child with me! We get there & the place is closed call 1800 for help & get transferred over & over spent 3 hours on the phone! Had to drive 40mins out of our way to pick up a different truck! That truck was not in the best of places bunch of crack heads walking around a few ask if they could help me! I was so scared that I was crying on the phone asking them to please hurry! I talked to a rep that was so kind her name was Nancy & one other that tryd her best but could not do anything & had to transfer me! Many reps hung up on me others told me I'm screwed tell 7am! Worse feeling was being stuck somewhere with no where to go, & scared because I was lied to!

Justin HI filled the truck with fuel before returning it... they charged me $8.08 for fuel when it was full. I have a receipt from the gas station... and.. the truck wasn’t completely full when I picked it up...
Mark LDude was nice and all; but the cab was covered in dog hair, dog food on the floor, and even a beggin strip in the driver side door compartment. Gross.
