I have been charged 3 separate time for this rental. I have called several times to correct it only to get the run around. David said it was U-Haul who automatically charges. U-Haul customer service representative says it’s the locations’s fault. I don’t know who to believe. And I am out $122.50. Very disappointed!!

The person who handled my transaction was late arriving at the store. He told me that he has no way of knowing in advance that someone is picking up a truck on a particular day, so he didn't know he needed to be there to have the truck ready for me. Between him being late, and the fact that the truck was not ready (covered in snow), I wasn't able to leave with it until 50 minutes after the designated pick up time. This resulted in me paying my loading help for time that I wasn't even home with the truck. This was an extremely frustrating experience that made the process of moving much more stressful than it would have otherwise been. The system needs to be improved so the vendors are aware that someone is picking up a truck so they can be prepared.
