The issue wasn’t really the truck but the process to pick up the truck. U-Haul app didn’t show my reservation. Took 45 mins to resolve that. Then the photos would not upload that it requires. After 4 different calls to customer service this was all resolved and the reps were very helpful. I spent about 90 minutes just trying to pick the truck up. Shout out to the owner at Comfot In, though. I was exhausted & accidentally left the key in the truck. He sad “not to worry” I went to the hotel and he had run out to the truck and had my key at the counter. He verified I was who I said I was and he was very kind.
