This place looked like a junkyard. The office was locked. No one answered the phone, and the phone number was not taking messages. Finally ended up contacting the owner through a friendly tow truck operator we just happened to locate out back. This place had no customer service whatsoever, so if you are needing any assistance at the drop off point, this is not the place for you.

Brenda JThe employee seemed to be on drugs. When we pulled in he approached us with out a uniform or any way for us to identify him as an employee and acosted us. Once we finally realized he was an employee and not a customer we tried to explain to him how terrible his customer service was but he kept talking over me and yelling at me. Terrible experience. They told me the truck was full of gas but it was at 3/4. The windshield had a big crack from a rock or some sorty of road debris obscuring my vision. It rattled very loud like a heat shield for the exhaust was loose. The truck had terrible alignment and pulled to the left.

Angel AWalked in to the clerk with his feet on the desk with no shoes on. Didn’t have the hand cart we booked, and had to ask for three different emergency contact numbers for some reason. Seemed annoyed we were there.
Dalton SNo one on sight dropped off by myself after 20 min guy shows up. Asked if I went thru the app for drop off I respond no he said not a problem I will get it taken care of. Good thing I took video/record of drop off time cause I got 2 emails and various calls stating that I haven’t returned the trailer. I had to email them my video with time, location so they would clear me cause the person never checked it in like he said. WOULD RATHER DRIVE FURTHER TO DROP OFF THAN THIS PLACE.

robin mThe owner has you park on a hill so it looks like you didn't put gas in. Also when I picked up the truck his paperwork said the truck had less miles than the actual odometer.
Jolene BI have some concerns about renting a 15-foot truck that ended up costing me more than expected. I drove from Georgia to Texas, and the gas ran out much faster than usual, which isn’t typical based on my previous experiences. I found myself refueling the truck more frequently than normal. I shared my concerns with the U-Haul office and reported the issue. They mentioned they would call me to discuss the possibility of reimbursement, but I haven’t heard back from them.
John CMake sure all equipment is working properly before departing the premises. It was brought up to the salesman and he stated he had no one to repair the tail light of one of the dollies I was renting. Explained to him that it needed to be replaced before departing and again he said I have no one to repair it. Asked if he could do it, and said no.

Andrew RI dropped off the truck after hours and there was not a clear place to park. I’m glad that the app asks for photos because I was not really comfortable leaving it there. The staff member who answered the phone was very helpful. I just wouldn’t recommend after hours drop off at this location.

DONALD JThis location was not open during their posted open hours. I was told the office had been closed for several days and was not due to open for several more. Key drop off location was very hard to find.
Karen Reven when I fueled the tank with the amount of gas it had, I was charged by $30 for fuel services plus $7.12 of fuel gallon. Never again go to that location
luis vThe manager was very nice and helpful, I do recommend the customer service aspect of this location. The signage to get in to the place was basically non-existent and I had trouble with passing the entrance. If you pass it, you have to go down the access road for a couple miles make a loop over the highway and come back around again. This is not a good experience. In reality, I wasn't sure I was in the right place to start with. The parking lot and entrance in to the lot was not good, it was mostly broken asphalt and dirt. No parking outlined, it was a very weird experience. It needs to look like a real U-Haul place. I think this would be a much better location if these improvements were made - Location Signage, Improvements on entrance/exit, improve parking area.
Victoria FOwner called and confirmed reservation for 6x12 ramp trailer and didnt have it when I showed up. Had to transfer to burner which was 45 minutes away, so total spen 3 hours picking up and dropping off the trailer because he didn't have it.
