The UHAUL check-in process is ridiculous and over engineered. The app was awful, continued to crash and would not allow me to properly document existing damages to the vehicle. There was trash in the cab of the truck. The verification process to confirm my identity is also overly complex and inaccessible for many people. 2 separate verifications in which I have to ask people to take time out of their day to confirm my identity is asinine. I’ll use penske or something next time I need a truck. No fault to the gentlemen at the location though. This review should not reflect poorly on their performance, only serving as a critique to the Uhaul company itself.
