ENRIQUE HU-Haul was dirty inside & out but the customer service was fine - the lady I spoke to was very nice
HOPE TOur drop off was switched to this location and we were told $50 would be taken off, which it wasn’t. We were also told by this location that we were being charged for mileage and told how much we were allowed, but if we went under that then we would be reimbursed when we returned the truck. We didn’t think to question it, but our contract had unlimited mileage. So when we returned the truck and called u-haul to figure out the confusion there wasn’t anything we could do, it was in the contract, which we understand so we didn’t really fight, but we still trusted the clerk at the location and what we were told when picking up was not at all what was in our contract. So I was quoted $1050, told $50 would be taken off (bringing it to $1000), but then charged $1075 and told we would be refunded for the mileage we didn’t use, even though we had unlimited mileage. It just felt like maybe she didn’t know what she was looking at when we picked up our truck, and we were left confused as well.
Brianna SPick up was at 7 am, they did not show up until 9:20 then told me they couldn't find my reservation. Then didn't include all the things I asked for with the reservation.

Enrique TPick up was good and quick even though I originally chose to do the online pickup but I had to go inside because it said I did not have one reserved. But I called support and it took like 10 minutes and I had to go inside anyway.

Michelle HThis location did not deal with giving any paperwork. I rented the truck and returned it within 2 hours with the gas that it was rented out with. 1/4 tank. Then instead of a detailed receipt as other Uhaul locations have done I was told to text the dashboard info to a number and I'd get an email. The email never came and they waited 3 days to bill me. THEY BILLED ME FOR 3 DAYS!!!!!! No one would answer the phone when I called to dispute so 1800Uhaul says I have to wait 3 days for someone to reach out. This is the difference between 101 dollars and 257 dollars and I have to wait 3 days? NEVER AGAIN!

Citlali SThis was the third location you bumped me to and it was extremely inconvenient and out of the way. How do you not know if a truck is available or not when I make a reservation weeks in advance? If your online ordering is inadequate, do not provide it.
Robert LWhen we dropped off the Uhaul I don’t think it was ever checked in. I got a text threatening legal action against me for having the Uhaul in my possession still when it wasn’t. I am really disappointed with this experience.
Jimmy AGot an aditional charge with no reason why on my credit card. Couldn’t get ahold on anyone and uhaul just referred me back to the location which is hard to get ahold of on my end.
Don AI messaged the location on the date of return that the tires were flat and the truck was running funny dying and stalling out. I had also inquired about the free month of storage with no response.No response so I parked the truck in front of location I was at full of my possession s waiting for someone to call or respond toy reach out. Then the other day the truck was gone and could not get a response from U-Haul on whether they had retrieved the truck. My possessions we're still in the truck and I cannot find where the truck was so I. Messaged U-Haul and infoed that the truck was possibly stolen and still have not received any communication from U-Haul. If you have my truck I need to know where to retrieve my belongings!!!

Vincent BStore was closed upon arrival time, no additional pick up instructions and was closed at drop off. Additional coverage was not confirmed at pick up, I did not want the coverage and could not remove it.
Kristina BUhaul was totally dirty beyond belief. Ketchup, dirt, crumbs, smelled like cigarettes. The container was literally full of sticks. Empty tank too.
LANDON OTruck was filthy it had not been swept nor mopped. Also made reservation online and never add protection plan yet was billed an additional $28. So representative who re-entered I guess add whatever they want. So definitely will not recommend.
Adolfina SThe wait to rent . To find reservation and equipment not working properly twice before it was right .went thru 3 trailers before I got one that had working blinkers. Bill when rented was 92$ but I returned dolly it charged me 338$ I want my original quote and refunded the rest.. 338$ isn't what I was promised after going thru the trouble just to rent a dolly and spent half my day getting evrything right.. im military and don't have that much time.
SHAUN SService took forever and got 2 trailers without working blinkers and were supposedly new. Took half my day of moving just to rent equipment. The bill came to 92$ when rental was finally started then charged me 338$ at the return. I want my money back
