There business looked scary and they said the had after hours drop off but when we arrived there key drop was behind a locked roll up gate that we couldn't get to. We had to wait a half hour just to figure out how to drop off our uhaul and i was late to work because of it. I will never use this drop off location.

The truck was not clean, it was dirty, wet from who knows what and smelled like crap. I also got charged 3 times. One for the reservation, two for the pick up of the truck and then just now for the final charge. Which I had to go back to the location the following day because I never got my final receipt. They told me the first two charges "should" fall off my account. Which I've never had these many charges in the past when renting a uhaul truck. They just better fall off or else I'll be back there raising hell!!

lauren gI went to a large location on military drive and I-35 in San Antonio Texas they said they had nothing available I asked him to check if anybody had anything they referred me to a location 12 miles away I drove past a store that happened to have two vehicles out front The location was small they were very helpful I did not like the larger location lying to me about what was available near me
