The manager was so cordial and did everything he could to get us a truck. The truck we reserved was not returned as promised. He called the customer and they had decided to keep the truck another day, but didn't let him know. There were no other trucks available at the time we had reserved. We had to come back in two hours to get a truck that was being returned. That truck did not get returned until 15 min prior to them closing. The cab of the truck smelled like pot and the floor of the truck was very sticky...which was not the manager's fault. This location is very clean.Ronnie K.

The girl Cynthia was amazing! She called me when the uhaul truck was ready, she explained everything to me in detail and even encouraged me to get the insurance because you just never know! Truck should be rented with a full tank of gas, it would make things easier at fill up and more important, safer too. You are making "us", customers, turn the key to contact on and off when filling up to be able to see the fuel gage.Gabriel P.

They helped us unhook the trailer because we were having so much problems with it. We told them that the tires were about to blow up into a fire and that it's unsafe to give to another customer. Also, the trailer lights went out in the middle of the drive. The next day, (today) we had to wait 2 hours for someone to return to check in the truck. They put a sign up that said â€œwill return back asap, on a bank run.We called customer service to check us out and waited another 20 min just to talk to a representative. Because no one was there to service us, we had to drop the key off in the mailbox. I've never had such a poor experience with uhaul. This has made our moving miserable hard. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau!keygan A.

I cannot remember the young ladies name that assisted me, but she was outstanding. I went to two other local locations and they did not even try to assist me. But we were very fortunate to receive a truck due to a last minute cancellation. Before the cancellation she went the extra mile by making phone calls, and searching for different options. Our move was very successful, and my family really appreciates it. Overall, I personally feel she is beyond a true asset to your business. If someone could let her know we would appreciate it. A bit inconvenient returning a trailer on Sundays, especially when trying to unhitch it from your vehicle without prior know-how or physical ability. It was also a safety concern. Someone could get their fingers crushed , or hirneate their back trying to do this. A customer should definitely not be held responsible for doing this labor intensive lift/release. It was very disappointing and frustrating. Their needs to be better policies in these scenarios. Could potential be a lawsuit if injury were to happen to the customer. Other than that, the ladies were very attentive and willing to inquire of other uhaul locations for availability and reserve for us. Very happy our move was swift because of their willingness to help and satisfy the customer.Kyoko J.

The manager I dealt with was very rude and made the entire rental transaction difficult and problematic. I had to call U Haul corporate to get things sorted out. Corporate was great and handled everything quickly and nicely. This local dealer did not represent U Haul very well. When I returned the truck after 10 days of rental and after speaking with Corporate their entire demeanor changed. If they would just have been that way from the start. I will continue to rent from U Haul, but I will make every effort to do it all online. Thank You.Bill A.
The truck engine light was on and when I put the truck in reverse it delay the switch not sure if that's how it works but beside that they were a life savor they had a truck for me after the 1st I was supposed to pick up the truck they didn't have one for me great serviceJuan M.

They were very nice, but most importantly they were accommodating after an accident caused by the employee immediately while putting on the trailer. Thank God I purchased the insurance.. I asked for assistance with the attachment of the trailer to my vehicle and when the employee picked up the trailer in ran right down hill into the back of my husbands car! ?? she felt terrible and honestly I was more concerned of how dangerous that was because we tried stopping it with our hands and if we were stupid enough to put our hands in front, they literally would've been sliced in half and I'm not even exaggerating. I don't blame it on the employee at all. Neither of us expected that to happen and neither of us could stop it. Unfortunately my hatchback no longer stays open and has deformed but I out in a claim and will wait two days they said in order to hear back.. today is Friday.. aug 3rdAudrey W.

Compass did not have a utility dolly (reserved at the same time as the trailer) AND more importantly they did not have the pigtail for the trailer lights. The clerks attitude stated they are not a â€œregularâ€ U-Haul facility and seemingly didn't care about the trailer light issue. I had to drive to a nearby corporate facility to get the pigtail for the trailer lights. I have rented from U-Haul facilities large and small throughout Florida and have never had an issue like this. I'm not sure why this facility exists...not good for the U-Haul brand. Compass if off my list...I will never use them again and will not recommend them.Brian B.
Fix cracked windshield, provide key to lock, advise renter to check mileage before signing and put an accurate gas reading instead of approximate amount and then charge from your inaccurate chart. I drove 21 miles and was charged for 8.3 gals.John T.
Compass Storage had roaches inside the cab of the truck of the 17'. Last week my brother rented the same 17' truck and he reported roaches. We have pictures. This week I was moving out and rented the same truck- not knowing there were issues. We found roaches. My brother who was helping me move told me he rented that same exact truck the following Saturday and he found there was the same issue. Whats funny is he told the person at the front there were roaches and it seems like nothing was done about it. When we told the person at the counter of the issue this Saturday, they acted like they never knew there were roaches inside. This place is incredible. I can imagine their storage units are probably infested with roaches as well. I think UHaul needs to rethink about having these people represent them. As for myself, I'll be using another company to rent a truck that's roachless thank-you-very-much.Eileen A.
