Using your website, it seemed to refresh slowly, I kept getting dumped back to the beginning of the Check out/In process. Overall everything worked out, just a little frustrating.
Martin GBoth representatives were friendly and welcoming. The van I rented was ready to go when I arrived. Rep assisted me with a cross sell of an appropriate amount of moving cloths, which was so appreciated. I had signed up to do an online check in and while many companies are pushing staff to have customers use online services, I must say it is a lot nicer having an expert do the tasks for me as compared to having to do it myself. A big thanks for that to the rep that worked on Saturday. Van was nice and clean, no smells, no issues. Overall it was aery pleasant experience. I don’t want to move my belongings ever again in my life- but if I must… I would go back to this U Haul location in a heartbeat.

JOSUE KThe equipment was clean and in good order. The pick-up location allowed me to confine my route to less-busy streets (a plus when driving a vehicle so much larger than my car) so I would probably use it again. However, the van had a thick layer of ice and snow crusted on the windshield and no ice scraper at all, so it was good I had a long-handled one in my car. It was even luckier that I had a stepladder in my car, which was necessary to retrieve the key.

BENJAMIN SThe pick up was confusing, the phone app not so great. Drop off was a breeze. The truck we had was clean and maintained, but passenger mirror useless and unable to adjust. Truck very noisy and no cruise control - difficult for highway travel.

LAURA SEnsure the data between location and website is accurate. I originally booked at this location, received a call the day before saying the truck I rented wasn’t available and that they found another truck for me elsewhere. That place called and had a return policy that didn’t work for me. Called corporate and they were able to help sort it out based on new availability. I feel like we ended up getting lucky. I don’t think this is the individual store’s fault—but moving is already stressful enough without having to worry about last minute cancellations. When it was time to pick up the truck, the app wasn’t loaded properly and we had to chat with uhaul to get the unlock instructions. Then the place we originally needed to drop it off wasn’t available to select when checking in, resulting in Another call to corporate at the end of the day to make sure we weren’t charged a fee for dropping it at the original location. All of this to say — truck worked well for our needs; corporate was helpful enough, but overall a frustrating experience. Of course I’ll use uhaul again, but will remind myself it may be a headache to do so.

Teri GThe woman at this location was extremely annoyed that we dropped the truck off here. When asked for confirmation that we had returned the truck in the appropriate condition and had completed service, she also became very annoyed and said that wasn’t possible and that we should just drop off the keys and leave and eventually we would get an email. We informed her that we could not leave the truck without the proper confirmation that we had returned the truck correctly. This pissed her off because then she had to get up and do the drop off process while we waited. To her credit, she did this and the process was quick. We receive the confirmation email within 5 mins of her doing the check in process. It was a stressful and unpleasant experience and I would not recommend U-Haul.

Robert SWent during their store hours hoping to turn it in with a person from the store because they charge a 20$ after hours fee for U-Haul turn in. No one was there and the doors were locked even though it was during their business hours, so I just turned it in through the app, which was not an issue, but I am hoping I am not charged this fee since I went during store hours. Was a fine location, no issue with the app, but would have preferred to turn the vehicle in with a representative rather then the app, and I was unable to do so.

Cynthia LDid not set up truck for mobile pickup. Then was not available during posted working hours for additional 30 minutes. They also input the previous renter's TRIP mileage instead of actual mileage, which ended up adding 1,000 miles to my bill and a $1000 charge that U Haul customer support was able to fix. Do not shop at this location, period.

Edmund jImprove the website description: 1. The website said the 10' truck had a loading ramp. I planned my trip, organized my needs, and rented this truck with a loading ramp in mind. There was NO loading ramp. 2. Say you charge for gas. You charge per mile say you charge for gas. It's obviously misleading on your part. 3. Tire issues on the truck - the light was on 75% of the trip. 4. Drivers seat - didn't lock into position. It' moved the whole ride. VERY UNSAFE. 5. The app. It doesn't work. FIX THE DAMN APP. I'd love to hear back from UHaul to let me know someone read this review.
