The drop off experience was very positive. The only downside was finding the place as we did not see any signage. We found it finally due to all the U-Haul trailers and trucks we saw sitting there.

I reserved a 10' U-Haul truck weeks in advance. I made arrangements with the manager to take possession of said truck one hour before the store opened. I was told that the key would be in a lockbox in the back of the truck. I called the week before I was to pick up the truck, to confirm. I arrived at my scheduled time to pick up the truck, and there was no key. I tried calling U-Haul (the 1-800 number) and was put on hold. I hung up after being on hold for 50 minutes once the store opened up. The employee at the store was just a "fill-in" manager, so all he could do was help me get the truck and get me on my way. Horrible experience, especially after I had done everything on my end to ensure all would work out. EXTREMELY disappointed!!!

I rented two different trucks there. The first one was just fine... the second one was horrid, the roof leaked it rained everything got wet. That truck needs some attention!!!

Lee gave me superb services + the 10 ft truck Exceeded all of our needs I checked the no box for only one reason I only drove my U-Haul 21 or 22 Miles But the transmission sounded like it was working overtime like it never went from 2nd to 3rd gear or Overdrive. Justin opinion from somebody that drives a truck every day Compass Storage is a clean spiffy facility and my U-Haul truck was clean and swept out and have the proper amount of fuel in it Lee is a good man

I dropped the truck off at 540 Old South Telegraph road, not the address listed. When I walked in, one employee was staring at the computer doing and the other lady (the older grey haired lady) was doing nothing, she was literally twittiling her fingers looking down. Neither greeted me or even looked up when I approached the counter. The older lady was extremely rude and hostile. My guess is because she had to get up and do work. Will never use this location again.

Staff at the location are absolutely the best!!!!! They take their time explaining the process and answer any questions you will have! They even have storage (which i have) also sell boxes and mattress covers. Perfect location for moving!!

I am extremely upset and have filed a complaint about the amount of fuel that I was charged for. I drove 4.7 miles total and was charged over $30 to replenish the fuel that we used. I was told that it would cost $5 per gallon if Uhaul refilled the used gas which is fine with me but it should not have been more than $5 or one gallon. I am not paying my bill and will dispute this charge.

When I got the truck home opened the back door it was trash all over the dolly was not attached the bag of protective sheets was open I which I have pictures of it all. I packed the truck for the night and woke opened the door to a leaking truck and wet boxes. This was the worst move ever.

Was given intructions to location of rental area which no longer existed, then waited on the phone for way too long just for customer service to give me the correct location down the road, then when I arrived the truck wasn't even there. The truck was delivered 30min late from my scheduled pickup time, which is ridiculous so no I will not be recommending uhaul to anyone in the future. Unacceptable for people working on a schedule and have movers waiting on a truck.

I ordered a 17' truck and didn't notice until I was loading it they gave me a 15' truck. Two feet may not seem like a lot but I had to make an additional trip because of this.

We had major problems with the truck that was rented to us. When we called to voice our concerns the manager was extremely rude to us and then quit answering our phone calls. Customer service at this location was HORRIBLE. We were charged a $25 cleaning fee because the moving pads were not folded correctly. We have used UHAUL for the past 20 years and have never had an experience like this. We have called UHAUL customer service regarding this situation and we are extremely disappointed.

I had reserved the truck for 8:00 with the option to use my cell phone since they didn't open until 9:30, however when I got there although my cinfirmation said 8:00 the phone app then changed it to 9:30?? I'm not sure does responsible for this error, but when I explained what an issue this was gonna be because we were moving my Son in his Apt. at College and they have precise slotted times no one seemed to concerned just said, " I was never told this or I would have left the keys" When I asked to be compensated somehow she gave me the dolly and blankets free ($15)? Then gave me the wrong keys for the truck, one by husband put the appliance dolly and blankets in truck he left, that's when I realized they gave thur wrong keys?? Instead of changing keys they had me change trucks.... really?? As expected we had BIG issues when we arrived 1/12 hours late. I'm not sure how I could get an email confirming 8:00 pick up and the rental place get a 9:30am pick up (when they open up)? Needless to say I will NOT be renting from them again.

Clean the trucks after each use. Walk out to the vehicle and make sure what equipment is in the vehicle before you charge for those items. Also, an attitude adjustment would be helpful. (not a loud obnoxious voice repeating the same "I can't help you, call 1-800-468-4285)
