We had major problems with the truck that was rented to us. When we called to voice our concerns the manager was extremely rude to us and then quit answering our phone calls. Customer service at this location was HORRIBLE. We were charged a $25 cleaning fee because the moving pads were not folded correctly. We have used UHAUL for the past 20 years and have never had an experience like this. We have called UHAUL customer service regarding this situation and we are extremely disappointed.

I had reserved the truck for 8:00 with the option to use my cell phone since they didn't open until 9:30, however when I got there although my cinfirmation said 8:00 the phone app then changed it to 9:30?? I'm not sure does responsible for this error, but when I explained what an issue this was gonna be because we were moving my Son in his Apt. at College and they have precise slotted times no one seemed to concerned just said, " I was never told this or I would have left the keys" When I asked to be compensated somehow she gave me the dolly and blankets free ($15)? Then gave me the wrong keys for the truck, one by husband put the appliance dolly and blankets in truck he left, that's when I realized they gave thur wrong keys?? Instead of changing keys they had me change trucks.... really?? As expected we had BIG issues when we arrived 1/12 hours late. I'm not sure how I could get an email confirming 8:00 pick up and the rental place get a 9:30am pick up (when they open up)? Needless to say I will NOT be renting from them again.

Clean the trucks after each use. Walk out to the vehicle and make sure what equipment is in the vehicle before you charge for those items. Also, an attitude adjustment would be helpful. (not a loud obnoxious voice repeating the same "I can't help you, call 1-800-468-4285)

not sure I would recommend - we received the wrong truck number on our reservation so it took about an hour to figure out where the key was - had to take a different truck - and now I see I have been charged twice.....

Considering I only rented the truck for a parcel of the day when I got it the customer service lady tried saying it was on 5/8 worth of gas after putting approximately 30 miles on the vehicle when returning it I was charged approximately almost $15 worth of gas that I had to put into the vehicle. At $3 a gallon that is 5 gallons that is approximately about a hundred and fifty gallons worth of miles on your vehicle. For only putting 30 miles on it's quite a bit of extra gas so I called file the complaint and I want answers to this physically impossible I will never rent from U-Haul again

I reserved a 17 foot truck at 4pm. The location where I picked It up along with myself didn’t get informed until an hour later (5pm) that the person who has the truck is keeping it longer. So I had To settle for a smaller U-Haul. It’s not the locations fault aka Compass Self storage but it’s U-Haul in generals fault. I waited An hour and didn’t get everything done like I needed too!

Nothing, Ms. Jackie (I Might Have Spelled Her Name Wrong, Sorry!) Was Excellent To Speak And Deal With. She Answered All Of My Weird Questions And Was Pleasant When We Picked Up And Dropped The Truck Off. Also, Sean/Shawn, Who Called Me To Find A Location That Carried The Truck I Was Looking For, Was Excellent To Speak To On The Phone And Was Super Helpful. Thanks A Lot Guys!

I reserved a uhaul at a place near my home and needed it early. Was told I could get it at 9:00. When I showed up at 9:00 am they told me my reservation was at a different location 8 miles away. When I drove to that location it didnt even open until 10:00 and so I waited 45 minutes for it to open. When it finally opened they told me my uhaul wasnt there yet!! I had to wait another 1/2 hour before getting a uhaul. Very frustrating. Left me way behind to where I was supposed to be.

The manager at this store is a very rude guy. Probably he didn't like the fact that I am from Asian origin. He responded very rudely for my question. Frankly in the last five years he was the only American who has spoken to me like that. He gave a very disgusting response with body language for my simple question. Also he had disregard for the fact that he was renting uhaul trucks. I felt as if uhaul was forcing him to do what he's doing and that he was doing a charity work without any pay. He was pathetic. If you don't train him to be polite and respectful, you are going to lose a lot of business.

I had to go through the same issue that wasn’t fixed first place. Towing harness of the pickup truck is NOT WORKING, NO BRAKE LIGHTS NO TURN SIGNALS on my trailer It’s the GMC pickup truck at this location that is not functional. Chevy pickup truck from this location had no issues at all.

I had an issue with truck harness that I didn’t know it wasn’t working until cars behind me telling me that your trailer that I was pulling doesn’t have stop lights, then I had to go back to exchange the truck,BUT I had to go through another contract , I got charged $63.62 for a bad equipment that I could of got into an accident because of it.

My only complaint is trying to speak with a person on the phone for U-Haul. In the last week I was hung up, a person did not know anything about the products they carried, on hold for eternity. 7 phone calls and only 2 of the calls were good. The other 5 just plain bad customer service. As a former telephone operator, phone communication is just as important as computer interaction or one on one at the store sties. Please look into better phone communication. Thank You.
