When I called the number provided to let them know I would be a late for pick -up there were many prompts to talk to a person. My call was dropped. A short cut to confirm the pick up would be great. The staff was helpful and my experience was effortless once I arrived.

This uhaul location is the worst ever. People working there are not friendly, the store was not clean and inside the vehicle smelled just terrible. I will never go back there again and will not recommend anybody to get even close to this terrible uhaul location.

The location and price were ideal, however when we went to return the truck during open business hours noone was there. It directed us to use a call button but noone answered. After trying this for over 15 minutes we called the store and were forwarded to a call center which said someone would call my cell quickly. Noone ever called my cell so after another 10 minutes we called the hotline back and told them we left the keys in a drop box we found on the side.

Truck had a screw in the tire and went flat on me. Not necessarily the rental places fault....I lost 3 hours on my move waiting for u haul road service though and that messed up my day. when the guy came he was nice, just too busy I guess

A U-Haul representative connected the trailer hitch to my tow vehicle, but they failed to tighten the coupler and I almost lost the trailer driving it home.

For the second time in a row, my rental pick-up location was moved by U-Haul with no advance notification. In order to make certain that my pick-up location had the truck in their lot, I attempted to call them directly prior to heading out for the truck. To my surprise my call was re-routed to a U-Haul call center and not my pick-up location. The woman I spoke to on the phone assured me that the truck was at my pick-up location and said she "verified" it with them. When I arrived, the location owner said he was never contacted by U-Haul and that he sent his last truck out 6 hours earlier. This was the exact situation I was trying to avoid when I made the call to U-Haul. The owner of the location read notes to me from my electronic file stating that I was notified of the location change (15 minutes prior to my scheduled pick-up time) by voice-mail and text. I received neither of them. The truck I rented is dirty and does not seem to run very well (jerky). Also, It really angers me that U-Haul takes up space in the truck that I rented in an attempt to force me to rent a really bad dolly and blankets. That is precious space and I should not be penalized if I need to remove that stuff from the truck in order to utilize all the space I have rented. I was asked on the web-site and at the store if I needed those items and I said no - only to find them taking up space in the back of the truck. If nothing else, U Haul needs to overhaul its entire on-line reservation process. I have rented from at least 4 different locations in the past and the staff at each location have said directly that the on-line rental system is unreliable and that the 800 U Haul staff provide no benefit. Now I agree with those statements. For the record, I am so dissatisfied with this situation (second time in a row), that I am going to take out debt and by my own small moving truck. I do not mean this comments to be hurtful - just accurate.
