Vivek SI'm really upset because I made my reservation over a week ago. When I got there to pick up the truck, I had rented two hand trucks and they hadn't added them to my truck. I called customer service and they told me I had to come back at 10:00 tomorrow to pick up my two hand trucks. My reservation was for 8:00 am. I came back to pick it up at 10:00 and there was only one available. They made a price adjustment. When I returned the truck, they took it. Everything was fine. When I got home, I received a notice of a 99.00 charge. They charged me for one hand truck. I had to call customer service to get an adjustment. I'm really upset

MATTHEW OHad a great experience with the movers. I highly recommend the company Mover Guys. The uhaul truck on the other hand was not the best. The truck was definitely at the end of life. I wasn’t sure if I would leave me stranded on the road.

Nicholas SOnce they opened the door, the guy approached me with an attitude and asked what I needed. I just said I was only there to return the truck. Then he got the truck key but didn't say much; he just gave me an attitude like it was a bad morning for him. A person offering services should start with a good morning, afternoon, How may I help you? etc. I didn't felt like welcome on that place he needs to have more customer service one on one course.

Mervlyn SChecking out the truck in the app was poor. App would not proceed to next section. Had to refresh and start over several times. Waited forever to get reference approval. Never called my reference. Also could not enlarge prior pics of truck to determine that prior damage was captured in photos... So was difficult to dispute or approve prior pics. Everything else was great.

Michael WUnfortunately the online process to return the truck was very hard. After 30 minutes trying I had to called customer service for assistance.
miriam sIf it wasn’t for Ronni at Compass I would have been left out to dry. Thank you Roni and team for all your help. My truck was never available even though I reserved one. Every time I called u-haul I would finally get to an operator and they would put me on hold then the call would drop, this happened three times. I will never utilize U-Haul again.

tim GThe rental was from my storage facility Compass Self Storage. State of the art cameras everywhere, smart phone to get into facility and your unit. Staff where very nice and respectful. It’s brand new, I’d recommend it to any one you have to see it to believe it. 10 stars here.
Anthony B$25 cleaning fee? I moved 2 brand new generators sealed in a box LOL. Cleaning was not needed.
