The app’s GPS check-in location is not correctly placed near the facility. It is currently set on the opposite end of the shopping center, near a gas station, which made it difficult to locate. I had to contact customer support, and the aerial view they provided was not very helpful. As a result, the process took much longer than expected to retrieve my vehicle. The representative did submit a ticket to have the GPS location updated, but it should be moved closer to the front of the building to avoid confusion for future customers.

TRAVIS TI rented a truck and an appliance dolly but when I got there I was told someone took it the night before. Then I was told it was taken off and I wasn’t going to get charged for it but I was still charged because it wasn’t taken off. I’m in the process of dealing with that now instead of relaxing after a big move.
