ROBERT MI don’t really care about the equipment, but the costumer service of the black Lady was more than excellent. We forgot the king size bed cover that we bought but, she reminded us the day we returned the U-Haul about it. Just amazing experience we had there.

LESLIE VScheduling online was done wrong 2 times. The very nice and knowledgable lady at Sandy Creek Uhaul was wonderful. She fixed the problem for me and got me on my way. When I returned it she asked me how the truck was and how my move was. She even took it and parked it for me as all the spots were full. It is great knowing your company is friendly, helpful and so close to my home. Thank you!

Alexandre GTold them I didn’t want jn town milage rental. We were moving two hours away and bringing truck back to them. That’s not in town mileage. Went from $180 to $400 and failed to communicate this. The lady who helped us told us she would confirm we weren’t being charged per mile. Lied.

That’s how things started They sent me to this other place where I waited 20 mins for someone to come to the counter I never received the furniture pads I paid for on the original reservation. They charged me for gas even though it took me an extra hour to drive to another location You have to use an app even though the representative is sitting in front of you
JOHN SThis was the ORIGINAL location we had reserved a truck HOWEVER U-Haul changed it to a different location. The location it had been changed to was an on the go site. We couldn’t retrieve the keys to the truck. We wasted 45 min trying to get a truck that was sitting at the original location we had reserved it. Please don’t change reservations on clients without their consent.

Meghan BI forgot his name but I had my pickup for 8am Saturday before they opened so was supposed to use the app to get the truck but per this gentleman the app hasn’t been working for a few days. He saw I had a pickup and came in an hour early so I could get my truck!! I so appreciated him doing that. He was kind and helpful and I was home to meet my movers on time thanks to him. I wish I remembered his name!!

GENESIS MThe whole experience was a success because or Cory. He had great etiquette on the phone and was extremely informative and helpful. He made the experience easy to be successful. When I arrived, he was positive and professional. After I returned the van, Cory handled my check-in. Again, an outstanding job and made the renting experience absolutely perfect! Kudos to Cory! If I was to rent again or if it was to be my first time renting, Cory's performance should be the model to follow for every customer interaction at any U-Haul location!

GREG CAgent stated that the old equipment in poor condition was allocated to this location "for local use." Had I known that when I made the reservation, I would have chosen another location with trucks designated for distant moves. I couldn't even get the OK to replace dried out wiper blades! And, when I told the agent (by phone, 400 miles away) that there was a rubbing sound at the RF wheel, I was not offered any suggestion to get it checked out before driving back with a full load. Truck was not clean when picked up. (French fries in cab, litter in cargo area.) Very disappointed!!!
Cliff DI requested and needed a furniture dolly, but it wasn't available at the location and we spent an extra 2 hours contacting U-Haul and then having to drive to another location to pick one up. They waived the charge, but it was a huge inconvenience on an already stressful day.

Mary MI rented a 10 foot truck assuming that it had a ramp like all other uhaul trucks, it didn't. So I went back to the dealer and asked for a truck with a ramp and the lady told me that I'd have to close out the 10 foot truck and begin another reservation. I was hoping to get some help in getting into another truck but she was having nothing to do with it. Why couldn't she simply apply what I had paid for already towards another truck? Is this the way that I can expect uhaul to treat me in the future? Terrible customer service. I'll start with Home Depot trucks next time.

Michael OThe U-Haul was dirty, no gas the indicator said 10 miles left. We had damage to a lot of the furniture due to the furniture being stacked on its side. We had the U-Haul movers in Florida and Missouri. We purchased insurance and would like to know how to submit a claim. Thank you

Julia RPolite and knowledgeable associate in the store, overall good experience. However, hidden truck fees such as the ‘required’ $11 coverage on the van should be clearly explained either in store before getting the vehicle or online when making the reservation. I selected no coverage, immediately reimburse u-haul when making my reservation online. It wasn’t until I was in the middle of my short move that I saw the $11 charge on my paper. It wasn’t explained beforehand that it was required therefore time was wasted trying to figure that out. I’m sure others would prefer this to be clearly stated as well, nobody likes surprises on a bill or hidden fees/charges.
